THERE ARE MORE CONSCIOUS WOMEN THAN MEN
“There are more conscious women than men, and the chances of finding a man as conscious as you are diminishing rapidly.”

That quote is from an interesting clip from a talk by David Deida [video linked below]. It confirms what Laura and I see in our work as well. Way more women apply to and join our program “Time of Transition: Embodied Soul Awakening.”
Of the 9 courses we have done so far, we have received over 1500 applications in total. About 85% of them were by women and only 15% by men. The same ratio applies to the participants who joined. For each course, we had about 80-90% women and 10-20% men.
In my experience, having worked with thousands of people over the years, women are also more willing to invest in themselves [such as deep psycho-spiritual work, workshops, retreats, and courses], while men rather spend their money elsewhere or it’s not their priority.
We have also seen many women who are yearning to find more “conscious men.” Conscious men who are actually actively doing the inner work (combining psychological and spiritual work) to become more conscious in the true meaning of the word, i.e., soul embodied and connected to Essence.
I’m not talking about this new conservative manosphere movement [kinda like a knee-jerk reaction to the woke] that mostly focuses on working out, guns, bitcoin, dogmatic religion, making money for big toys, and superficial outer personality/ego development but no sincere inner development such as shadow work, trauma work, and esoteric work all of which is needed to become truly conscious.
As David also alluded to, true conscious women are also not looking for the Burning man “man” and “awake bro” with the man bun, who drinks aya, maybe drops some MDMA, does breathwork, and takes cold plunges. None of that has any substance in the long run. As he said: “unearned consciousness is valueless.” Brilliant quote, if I may add.
Also, men, you CAN NOT fool a truly conscious woman. A wounded/insecure woman may still get attracted to a man-boys-in-Andrew-Tate-style who covers up his insecurity [and trauma] with a tough exterior, but truly conscious women will see right through him and you into your soul, and if you are not ready to meet her there, all your outer persona, workouts, manly talk, portfolio, and outer accomplishments mean nothing.
On the other side of the coin, being a conscious man implies being rooted and grounded in physical material reality as well, with self-responsibility, vision, and purpose.
A warning to women as well, though. There are some men masquerading as “conscious” men, talking big words about being a “gentleman” and talking a big deal about trauma and spirituality, offering private sessions, but it’s a facade, mask, fake, and sometimes a trap. it’s a jungle out there in the “coaching” and “therapy” space. Don’t be deceived by appearances.
As I wrote before, some of the people you follow on social media are not who you think they are…at all. But if you’re truly conscious and have embodied your god-given feminine psychic perception, you will see right through him too, and his well-crafted fake persona.
Anyway, conscious men, where are you?
It is way past time to step up to the plate. Women are tired of settling for less.

When a man allows the feminine energy to flow through him, it brings to him a sense of being alive, that he never knew existed. It goes beyond pleasure, it is actually, the one thing he was seeking all along, and never understood. It’s fulfillment. The feeling of being fulfilled, has no match, it is the ultimate goal of being human. Many of us CHASE MATERIAL THINGS down, money, cars, fame, lust, whatever it may be, only to discover that these things can only give you pleasure. Which is fleeting. Pleasure never lasts, it is something that reaches a peak, AND THEN IT GOES AWAY….
So whatever situation you find yourself in, no matter what you achieve, life goes on. Which is something most people aren’t ready to deal with. Suddenly there is disappointment in success, having everything you dreamed of suddenly, isn’t enough, and so we have millionaires that are depressed. This is due to A LACK OF FEMININE ENERGY.
It doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, masculine and feminine energies exist within each and every one of us. So it’s about GETTING IN TOUCH with that energy. Women, naturally, are more connected, and we see this the world over. Men on the other hand, have suppressed the feminine so much, that they don’t understand its power, and due to that misunderstanding, we see cultures that shame women into wearing full body clothes, or the exact opposite, turn them into sex objects. EAST AND WEST. It’s insanity at both ends.
When a man attempts to understand why the beauty of a woman has such an impact on him, he begins to understand his sexual urge a little better. The more he observes it, the more the energy flows upwards, through his body, and this energy can burn away all of his old habits and thought patterns, and this can be a scary cleansing process.
However, when the cleansing is done, there is a much greater understanding of women. It is taught, without words, intuitively. IT COMES THROUGH FEELING℃,
And understanding what feminine energy feels like. It is a universal language, which is understood instantly upon being felt. It brings an instant harmony, a man no longer controlled by urge, yet controlling his urge, is an evolved man. The door to a relationship on a higher conscious level is opened, and the depth of intimacy is increased dramatically. Because once a man understands his sexual urge, and allows it to flow upwards, the feminine energy itself, brings him the fulfillment he was always seeking but never finding. You see thats the paradox, fulfillment comes not from seeking, BUT FROM OBSERVATION OF WHAT ALREADY IS
The sexual urge is there, but not understood, once understood, it becomes the source of fulfillment. That’s when a man can truly share his love with another, rather than attempting to take whats not his, and make his own. In western society, we have this idea of POSSESSING ANOTHER.
Putting all our faith, that our partner is going to be our source of fulfillment, our source of love, and when they can’t live up to that expectation…. we create heartbreak. Put faith in understanding yourself, and you can never be HEARTBROKEN
That’s when relationships flourish, because you offer yourself, rather than looking at what they are offering. Individuals are already complete, they just haven’t understood that. It’s all due to a lack of feminine energy. Most men go through life, without experiencing 50% of what life has to offer. Then we wonder why we can’t get along.
I understand that many men reading this will take it the wrong way. That the idea of mentioning feminine energy within a man, implies that he becomes like a woman, in the sense that, he becomes homosexual or something along those lines. This is not, at all, what this is about. Feminine energy, actually brings a man, A SENSE OF COMPLETION♪♪♪.
So that, he can fully be a man, with a full understanding of what it means, to be a man, rather than the be tough and macho approach. Men that can be tough and macho, but also have the ability to feel and nurture, experience LIFE IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERANT WAY.
There is no comparison. FEMININE ENERGY, allows him to respect aspects of life, he did not understand before. A harmony with nature arises from it, a sense of connection. Which can be taken to magical and beautiful heights. No sacrifice of masculinity is required for this. None at all.

The Light frequencies that are coming through are activating, clearing and expanding every bone, every muscle and every cell. You will feel and experience this differently depending on where you are and how much Light is inside of your body.
As Light continues to clear the enormous amount of density from deep inside of us all New Earth gridding systems and structures start to emerge. As I’ve learned from Lisa Transcendence Brown, the muscles are where our New Earth grids are held (which is part of why the muscles go through a complete overhaul of deep soreness, no energy and we have to be taken down constantly to clear and integrate deeper) and the New Earth structures are held within the bones.
Many of us have already started to feel many things in our bones, teeth and skeletal structures, the growing/expansion pains are just a normal part of this process to continue to honor.
As each person starts to open up further their entire reality structure goes through an overhaul as each bone is being rewired and reconfigured for New Earth to be fully in place. This is not a liner process but quantum so technically it is always occurring at some level and we will always be opening up and expanding to create an all New Earth structured reality.
The skeletal system inside of our bodies is what creates our physical form, it is what gives shape to certain parts of our bodies and it is the most rigid part of our bodies too. Part of the expansion pains that we experience is because of how rigid they are and so the density of the bone has to be cleared. Now, the bones will continue to be firm and solid but without the density that they once had. They become much more malleable and shiftable and we have yet to experience all that this truly means. For now just keep opening up to the process and let lose in every way especially when it becomes very painful.
Just like when we were little and our bones were growing and expanding and we called it “growing pains” well, this is exactly what it is occurring. The internal structure of our bones is growing and expanding to hold more Light and less density.
As this continues to occur our New Earth realities become much more expansive and the structure becomes Crystalline with a much more solid structure. Part of the reason our carbon based body “suffered” so much injuries is because the foundation of the entire body system was based on separation which made things very unstable, very brittle, very “easy” to brake and “hard” or long to fully repair. As your LightBody starts to come more and more online you start to create more room for your Light to fully be housed inside of your bodies including your bones and everything shifts and changes in ways that we may not be able to fully comprehend or imagine. You don’t need to, just trust.
There is magic unfolding deep beneath your bones and tissues, deep beneath your organs and muscles and all we have to do is just keep trusting, following and honoring our LightBody in every way. As you do you will start to see/feel how your New Earth reality becomes much more real, tangible and palpable in every way and it becomes your entire world.
Open yourself fully to this experience no matter how strange it may seem and especially because none of it is going to make any logical liner sense.
Just keep going and keep trusting.

Frequency Report
The last day of this powerful linear month is here…
Many more continue to open up, awaken, remember and choose differently. So many more continue to take a stand, focus on themselves, choose love, feel deeper and let go of the old.
Everyone is going deeper and deeper into the passageway that is leading us all back to ourselves, who we are as Souls.
As the new continues to anchor deeper within our bodies the old will continue to collapse and dissolve inside. Everything without exception right now is supporting in the continual expansion and ascension process at a personal and planetary level. Feel everything you have to feel and then remember that it is all happening for a Higher purpose. Nothing is accidental, nothing is a misfortune, nothing is a mishap… everything is Divinely connected and has a much bigger purpose.
April’s Frequencies
We are all going to continue to feel the shifts and the changes going on inside whether we are conscious of it or not. The powerful frequencies of April will bring very much to the surface.… deeper levels of every single emotion that will break us out of deeper levels of unconsciousness. Our old illusory reality will continue to get heavier and more difficult to sustain. Everything that was tied to the old will continue to dissolve… Our old identities= gone, our old values= shifted, our old desires= no more, our old goals= vanished, our old beliefs=relinquished… and everything we once thought, believed in, worked for and fought for will no longer be.
This undoubtedly changes everything for everything we had worked for, everything we believed was true, everything we thought we needed is no longer there and no longer holds the same value.
As our ego continues to die and our Soul emerges we no longer need or want the same things. This is why many things in our reality shifts and changes including jobs, relationships, finances, statuses, material things and so many things. This is a normal part of this process. This is a continual dissolution of everything we created so that we can no recreate it and experience from a whole new level and state of consciousness.
A New Solid Crystalline Foundation
The main theme that comes through with the 4 is a new foundation. We are building a whole new Crystalline foundation from within which means our entire bodies will go through a continual rewriting at a deep cellular level. This isn’t an overnight process by far but rather a constant alignment that occurs over many years and takes many phases to fully complete. Allow your body to continually do everything it is trying to do to support this process.
Keep asking and feeling deeper into:
🔑 where am I not supporting my body in this process?
🔑 how can I support my body more emotionally, mentally and physically?
🔑 what aspects of myself keep resisting and fighting this whole process?
🔑 where am I scared of what my body is going through and feel the need to control it?
🔑 where am I afraid of ego death because somewhere inside believe I have to go through physical death?
As you go deeper and deeper inside, feel more consciously you are going to allow your body to go through the massive amount of rewrites that it must go through. This isn’t for your linear mind to comprehend or get involved in this is for each and every single one of us to fully allow and honor.
Remember your body has a consciousness of its own and it knows exactly what it needs to do. Just like you allow the body take care of the most important functions of our vital organs we must let the body continue to clear the enormous amount of density still held within.
Your 5D reality
Your New Earth/5D experience is one that is built on a foundation of pure connection, pure honor, pure respect, pure support, pure love, pure joy and everything pure. This means that anything and everything that we hold inside that isn’t pure must go. A lot od these things will come to your awareness when they do.
