The Earth sings every day, with an electric chorus. With the right tuning, radios can eavesdrop on this sizzling symphony of crackles, pops and whistles – the melody of millions of lightning bolts. A listener in New Zealand can even hear a volcano in Alaska erupt, a new study reports.
Lightning strikes unleash intense bursts of visible light and very-low-frequency (VLF) radio waves, among other kinds of energy. With a VLF receiver, anyone can listen to the constant chatter of Earth’s lightning, estimated at 8 million strikes every day. (Not every lightning bolt becomes a whistler.)
A worldwide listening network is tuned to one particular lightning sound, called whistlers. These eerie electronic signals supposedly got their name from soldiers, who compared the sound to falling grenades. Modern ears might liken whistlers to a video game’s “pew-pew-pew” soundtrack. In these past two weeks, we spontaneously decided to fly into the eye of El Nino in central Mexico on Bandanas Bay. We are very familiar with the matrix of ley lines in this area. We love to come here for a soul retreat every couple of years. This area anchors a deep feeling of community and sweet love vibrations, so that anyone visiting here naturally falls right into an open, loving flow. This bay is a magical peaceful area in Mexico unlike any other that I have visited. The Bay and its neighboring communities are surrounded and nestled (hugged) by layers of deep, green mountain ranges. We just love Bucerias.
When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the ocean. This is a protected bay and even hurricanes have to work hard to impact this area. When I asked one of the locals about the high tides, the larger waves and the rip currents (compared to year’s prior), he simple said “The ocean is angry”. This got my attention and sent me off on a research expedition.
I have watched these waves for years as my stare therapy, and this year was very different. At first, I blew it off as El Nino and a full moon. But over a few days, I felt something much deeper was at work. The waves were chaotic, and the undertow would undercut the incoming waves, so that they dropped and hit the shore with a thunder-like boom. It was bizarre to watch the odd, multi-layered, incoming waves seem to try to defy gravity, like rising water spirits wishing to be set free, and then fall with a huge boom! It was like the water was coming alive. There are no words that will capture this. Every time I took out my camera to video one of these waves, the water calmed down! I got the message pretty quick. No video. Check… Got it!
We learned that the migrating humpback whales, which we came to see, were staying out of the bay, because of the warmer water. We saw many dolphins; but the whales, who come here each winter to give birth and mate, were not to be seen. One day I really wanted to swim in the ocean. I watched for a break in the sets of the crashing waves so I could go in. For each of the next three waves, what looked like a water snake washed up on my feet! Ok… Got it. It is not my year to swim.
Soon I began to see a bigger picture. The Earth was purging an old archetype of anger and chaos and it’s mis-creations. Earth is clearing itself with its powerful four elements. By water (stronger ocean currents, etc…), wind (tornadoes, windstorms, etc…), fire (volcanoes, etc…), and earth (earthquakes, etc…). Sacred Bandaras Bay, with all its loving ley line currents, was transmuting old angry archetypes. Thus why I was asked not to swim. So instead of being a fish, we decided to be iguanas, and we walked the shore lines for days and watched the bat parade at sunset. We talked with locals and ex-pats alike. We explored and felt the need to touch the land on every street and walk way that we could find. We even stayed in three different places in the few days that we were there.
Even though the ocean was clearing this old angry energy, the people were open, and full of love and appreciation for being in this beautiful area. There was a wonderful, blended, community feeling that was very helpful with anything that we needed. After my first two days in the bay, my empathic body rebooted, my consciousness shifted, my aches were gone and my dreams got really light and uplifting. It was rather paradoxical as I was just yards away from the ocean most of this time that was clearing some heavy duty, old, toxic energy. It was like I was cleared out as well and without the usual chaos and hard work. It just flowed as I realigned to the next bandwidth.
When we returned home, we did so through the eye of a big storm heading from Phoenix to Denver. My house sitter texted me that Sedona was being hit by an unusually wicked and windy storm. By the time we got home, it had just blown through. The next morning it was snowing (P.S. We love our snow here), and I began to re-anchor to my home base here in Sedona. Sedona is connected to and amplifies energy from nearly the entire planet. So what happens out in the world, empaths and oracles can feel it here. I know it sounds cool, but it is hard work for many of us here. It was evident that this purging and clearing was also going on here in Sedona.
Just before we left Bandaras Bay, the energy shifted on land (the morning of January 31), and humanity was washed by a huge wave of clearing that is still going on across the USA and the entire world. After a day of grounding back home, I began to plug back into the world news to see the effects of this purging. We saw that Syria had suspended its Peace talks and even more refugees were fleeing. We are seeing huge ecological issues and new viruses emerge, and a lot of people are crossing over to build bridges from the other side. We don’t see these things with fear by the way, but as a symptoms and clues to our transmutation.
We have felt for months that there has been a chaotic and angry energy being expressed and cleared out through humanity. Even though this looks like we are regressing, humanity is actually purging and clearing this old paradigm out and creating a clear landing pad for all our new intentions and dreams. Let’s be clear here…. When you FEEL IT, you are PURGING AND CLEARING IT. There is no need to go backwards and process it more and make a big issue out of it. Once it is fully FELT and acknowledged, it IS purged! Simple as that! Job done!
For most of this year, TRUTH will rise no matter what. If water is contaminated, the truth will not be allowed to hide. If air quality is unhealthy, it will be reveled. If Earth is being harmed, we will hear about it. The utter absurdity of current news events will awaken even the most sleepy ones. The dumbing down of humanity has almost hit rock bottom now. The greedy material world consciousness will not benefit from farming us to death with out us seeing it for what it is. The truth is coming out. The wolf in sheep’s clothing will be outed. The emperor has no clothes! Because of this year of truth, what comes next is the manifesting of what we have been praying for. All other unbalanced options have been slowly closing down (out of universal compassion) to those who live from ego, greed, solely self interest, and lack of any compassion or empathy. They just might get crushed in those doors slamming shut if they don’t open their eyes!
I asked about this wave of purging energy, and I was shown that it will continue for about 3 more weeks. Much of this purging will be done by Mother Earth this time. Thank you Great Mother. But we may take on some of this. This will show up in our bodies, because our bodies are part of the Earth. We could be affected in areas of our bodies where we have weak spots. We all have weak spots. Remember… we are mortal human beings as well as eternal spiritual beings. By March, we will feel much lighter and be in a higher FREQUENCY.
The Star Elders are VERY CLEAR. They want us to hear this. If we find ourselves processing this energy, it is because we came here to do this work. If we experience this purging physically, it is not because we are not spiritual enough, or being punished. We are simply strong enough to assist Earth’s purge of this very deep rooted paradigm and old archetypes that are not a part of our new reality.
So if I have not bored you with all of this, and you are still with me…
Here are some suggestions for self care while we are going through this physical purging of Earth’s old paradigms.
First … clear your EARTH space…
** Keep your home base clear of chaos and clutter. Yeah! It is time to clean house! Simply by touching or moving your belongings, you clear them. Also, any items in your home, from your past, that bring up unpleasant feelings, it is time to take them to the charity shop.
** Remove all of your sacred stones and crystals, and clear them outside by soaking them in freshwater with a little Himalayan salt or Dead Sea Salt. If you live in freezing weather, place your stones and crystals in water in a window that gets sunshine.
** Smudge (Sage or Copal) inside and outside.
** Clean windows. This is good for your home’s feng shui, and also allows clear un-altered light to enter your home.
Now clear your PHYSICAL space…
** Smudge yourself (Sage or Copal), and wear fresh clothes everyday.
** Get a massage to clear out old energy.
** Take a detox bath. I like these two recipes…
– Salt bath…. 1 cup of epsom salts, a few drops of lavender and a cup of baking soda. Soak for 20-30 minutes with good, calming music playing.
– Ginger bath… Grate one cup of fresh ginger and place in a hot, but not boiling, pot of water. Let it steep for awhile, and strain into your bath.
** Take naps when called to. In Mexico, this is a daily Siesta! Muy Bueno!
** Most of all, ground yourself. It is called EARTHING, by putting your bare feet on the earth. I also use a grounding mat. I put it on my lap under my iPad, and computer, and even sleep with it. Most of all, instead of praying for peace (which implies to the universe that there is still war, and is still a dualist approach) just BE PEACE. BE LOVE. BE KIND. BE HAPPY. We can’t fix the issues in the Middle East, our Earth’s pollution, and materialism and greed by fighting (praying) against it. We must build a new road that will sustain the new energies for others to follow. The old infrastructure is crumbling out of control, and this new road that we are building (all those reading this ) will be available to all.

SYMPTOMS OF DIMENSIONAL SHIFTING ~ PHASE ONE IS COMPLETE!

How many times have you thought about doing something, turn around and your intent vanished into thin air? You can’t remember what you were about to do. The simple fact is that in the act of turning around, you shifted the reality you were in. Then you turn around again out of frustration, and it comes back! You are not losing it. We are being prepared for dimensional travel.
Even as far back as the eighties, I was being taught by the Star Elders about dimensional shifting. Back in ages past, in the EL-der days, one 90 degree turn of the physical body (thus the letter L where the term elder came from) an ELder master could enter another dimension. All over the Maya world, there is evidence of these teachings in stone carvings. As the world fell into denser energy, as it does in the rise and fall of ages, this ancient wisdom was lost. In denser periods on earth, the Elders were still able to shift with three 90 degree turns of the physical form.
Now we are entering a lighter, less dense period of physical reality, and this ability to shift dimensions will begin to return to us. In the Inca world, they understand that in lower, denser dimensions there are more laws of nature. These laws confine us, but also protect us until we are aware enough to be self-responsible. As many of these laws are lifted, with the raising of our frequencies from the purging of our old habits, thought forms and beliefs no longer in line with our higher selves, we have less restrictions in physical reality, but we also have the burden of much more self- responsibility.
Some laws of nature are beginning to slowly lift from our dimension in the last few years. As they lift, we will feel many symptoms that we have shared many times in the past. These symptoms are many, but the ones we want to address today are disorientation and short term memory loss.
Disorientation can cause many people to react in different ways as laws of nature are lifted and self-responsibility is heightened in each individual. We have seen a wide range of reactions to learning to cope with more self-responsibility, like a huge rise of bewildering, mass violence and shootings, epidemic levels of depression and anxiety, and the grand “illusion” of being stuck. These time can be frustrating and can manifest in a full range of crazies . . . like all the way to full blown psychotic breaks (for those who are having a hard time with being self-responsible), to just feeling empty and lost in a void or stuck or in your personal and spiritual growth (these are those having a easier time with more responsibilities). When we are given a vastly larger arena to manifest in, all these symptoms can manifest depending on the level of awareness of the individual.
An example…. When we adopted our new puppy, Comet, it was a challenge for him. He was use to a small kennel, a strict routine and eating and peeing schedule. Then he moved in with us. Our house was huge to him, and the back yard was like the Great Plains. Plus, we are not much for following a schedule around here, and we don’t live by the clock. So this was really scary for him. He was so upset by his freedom and all the space that he didn’t want to pee or eat. But slowly he adjusted to his new freedom, and he learned responsibility, like not to go pee in the house and not chew up my flip flops. He has mastered his new reality quite well.
Short term memory is a symptom and a sign that the universe is starting to give us back our responsibility for the ability to personally and physically dimensional travel. This can make us feel like we are losing it. All it takes is for us to lose our thought process is to turn around or walk through a door way. Both these actions are triggering our short term memory loss. Science has proven this fact. But what science does not realize is that we just had a mini lesson in dimensional travel. The same is true when you have a dream, and when you wake up and roll over the dream is gone. You know you had the dream, but you don’t remember what it was.
The Solution!
When you are about to take off to do something, like go find your tea cup, find your glasses, or drive to the grocery store, before you make that physical turn, hold firm to the thought, and you will not lose your memory. The same is true for remembering your dreams. When you dream, wake up slowly while going over the dream in your mind … before you move, open your eyes, or roll over.
So if you are still reading this now, I guess you are ready for this next bit!
If you are ready to dimensional travel and do not care where the darn tea cup or your glasses are anymore, the Star Elders say that we are ready to start playing with this little exercise. When you are about to shift gears and turn around to go feed the dog, or open that window, etc…, as you turn, place a vision of a place or time you would like to be in, then make that turn around and focus on that other reality. Now here is the catch. You cannot TRY to do this. It has to come as easy as breathing, or you are going to look for your glasses! If you TRY, you just push it away. It must come naturally. After all, this is a natural ability that we are remembering now.
Just know that every time you turn a corner, or walk through a doorway, you are in living mastery school. Relax and allow the vision to just be there. Most of the time, for now anyway, you will turn around and just end up in that stupefied, old void again saying “What was I just about to do?” But keep at it. Practice. Then once you manage to do this, you will most likely get slammed dunked back into this reality within a few seconds. You might feel really tired, confused and out of balance. Your eyes will need to re-adjust (blurry), and your hearing will be wonky for a bit (echoing). Coming back to this reality will feel heavier and even depressing for a bit as well. The hardest symptom is being “word challenged” and losing our nouns when we come back. This is caused by flip-flopping back and forth between worlds, and not remembering it. This issue will increase for a while. It is in these times that we need to immediately apply grounding or earthing techniques. This is imperative to your psychological and spiritual health. The more you go out, the longer you will be able to stay in your desired alternate reality.
These alternate realities have less laws of nature. So manifesting and creating will come much quicker and more powerfully. No matter what I say here cannot prepare you for what you will experience there, or how it will feel by making the re-entry back into this world. Here is another catch… We are merging these worlds; not leaving them behind. We are not going to have a mass exit of humanity that will not return. We are becoming A BRIDGE BETWEEN worlds. We are merging worlds and thus bringing up the FREQUENCY of our collective reality.
The fact is that we sure have mastered the ability to let go of our short term reality already. Yahoo! Phase one of learning to dimensional travel is complete! So we have graduated from part of this process. Now all we need to do is put something back in its place, in that void space. We know it sounds so simple! But tell that to a baby who is trying to walk for the first time!
Warning….. Please enter into this practice knowing that you are responsible for what happens in the alternate realty or the realty you come back to. This will accelerate your abilities and change and raise your vibrations. But just like our new puppy, it might make you feel lost in the vast void of a limitless realty at first.
We are remembering, bridging and merging not only dimensions, but also the wisdom in the bones of our ancestors and the stones of their ancient temples. But this is yet another topic that we will go into soon.
THE VEIL is so thin now, and the frustrating void (the rebooting of a huge shift of an age) we entered into in 2013 is nearly over. We can feel and see the light at the end of this tunnel that we have been in. It has been hard work. And if you are still here and with me on this, then you have worked really hard. So the Star Elders want to recognize and honor you for this hard work even if you feel you were just spinning your wheels. We are not HAMSTERS ON A WHEEL after all! Michelle Walling – The Maya were the inheritors of the Atlantian knowledge of the great cycles of time.
From Dr. Carl Johan Calleman’s work the Mayan Calendar describes a period of time that started 16.4 billion years ago and ends October 28, 2011. It gives us the entire time-line for our known Universe.
The Calendar is divided into eight “cycles” made up of 13 x 20ⁿ x 360 days, where “n” represents a number from 7 to 0. Each cycle is 20 times shorter than the previous. The eighth cycle (the Galactic cycle) started January 5th, 1999 and will last 4680 days. The last (9th) cycle (the Universal cycle), starts February 10th, 2011 and lasts just 260 days. In the period between October 28, 2011 and December 21, 2012 we will enter a period of infinite possibility where we choose a new consensus reality.
Further confirmation of this same December 21st 2012 date is revealed in the “Web-Bot Project”, in Terence McKenna’s “Novelty Theory” from the King Wen Sequence of the “I Ching”, and in prophesies of many native cultures.
Humans can choose to move forward in their evolution anytime they’re ready but planets and stars can only do so at programmed intervals. This is a planetary-galactic ascension that is occurring. The Earth and all the planets and stars are moving up in vibration-consciousness into the 4th and 5th levels. This started in 1936 and is almost completed. Once it has reached the ‘tipping point’, the Earth will shift.
These levels (vibrations) are mathematically the same as the notes of a musical scale. There are scales within scales within each level. The musical scale starts with “C” because we all resonate with the third vibration (note) of the scale. The fifth level is in resonance (harmony) with the third. Forty scales higher the frequency manifests as the visible light spectrum of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. We resonate with yellow. We have a yellow sun. These frequencies combine with rotating vortices and electromagnetism to create all that we see; the entire visible universe.
On Earth, the first level resonates with the primary elements (earth, air, fire and water). The second level resonates with the animals and plants. The 3rd level resonates with Humans.

We will experience a dynamic re-calibration of electromagnetic fields into Earth on a global scale. Which will trigger a radical shift in consciousness.
As we reach the second half of the year, we will experience more energetic shifts, frequency expansion symptoms; the healing, balancing and aligning of the mind, body, and soul.
The cosmic christ energy entering the planet now is increasing the frequency of our kundalini energy.
And our auric field is expanding and becoming brighter. The aura is holding more of the high frequency cosmic energies it receives from the higher dimensions in space.
As the aura expands, the person expands their consciousness. Our aura must go through these expansions in order to merge with new Earth. The frequency changes is filtering out any lower vibrational frequency from our body.

This is a clear sign that you are spiraling upwards with Earth and integrating the higher frequency codes, thus creating an interconnected and unified crystalline body that will carry more cosmic christ energy.
Our body is being reformed, redefined. When we go through this process, our DNA also goes through this process.
The DNA is being given the programming to prepare for a brand new reality to be born within it so that it can begin to experience and visualize the new Earth beyond the lower dimensional confines of 3D Earth.

I have been on fire these past couple of months with everything happening around the world. The old world most of us have grown up in, that we found familiar, appears to be going up in flames. As I watch this blatant inferno, my mind immediately starts to label it as a crumbling wasteland of utter chaos. As I invite that notion in, it swirls around my brain bringing forth the question, “ What can I do? What can we do but to watch it all crash to the ground?”
I can feel (along with most likely many of you who are reading this article) that we have been in the midst of a dark agenda playing out for hundreds of years causing the deterioration of humanity in the form of our inherent human consciousness as well as our beloved Earthly environment.
In my opinion, the darkness is a natural fluctuation in time (seems foreign, even removed to say), we are very much still in the Dark Ages!
Yes, we may have moved away from visibly decapitating people for speaking their truth but we are still very much in the infancy as a mass “civilization” waking up out of solely the physical planes into the higher uses of consciousness.
I am not speaking of superhuman intuitive powers like telekinesis, teleportation via the mind (remote viewing) or mind reading (although I believe, those are abilities we were and are very much capable of) but I am more speaking of the simple ability for example, to know that although we are in this physical body, we are animated by and connected to spirit itself!
Meaning that any person outside of yourself, is an active aspect of you, he or she is literally a part of you. This simple ascension from fear-based, head-centered navigation to this heart-centered knowledge will (would) be reality shifting, when implemented on a global scale!
Just imagine with me, if the majority of humanity knew and started integrating that one belief into their everyday lives, physical violence would surely begin to end!
With each bomb that is detonated it seems to shatter a layer of the collective consciousness and yet underneath the rubble of this war zone we call our home, this attack on our (my) consciousness and in our physical world, survives a deep inner truth. In order for the old order to fall away we have to watch it decline into dis-order!
The predictions of 2012 have been correct about the end of times but it is not what the mass media portrayed it as, because this is an end to the times as we knew them! This movement into a new world begins in the spiritual and unseen realms first and then ripples across the physical world!
2012 was the first dismantling of the veil that protected any form of corruption from truth. We are here to watch it all come down and there is a ray of hope in and amongst this storm! There is a centralized theme and truth that has rang through history, that through the darkness comes the light once again.
Everything in the Universe is a mirror of itself and this works with the geometry of spacetime as well. Similar to the shape of ourDNA, the storage house for all of our ancestor’s journey through what what we call epigenetics.
The universe moves matter in a swirling, spiraling, up-down motion and in oscillating organic patterns, these waves echo throughout the procession of time and matter.
There was a time in our history of knowing, the time of light when the human races you rarely hear of ruled the planet, they still whisper gentle delights and enchantments into our hearts, if you listen.
The Sumerians, Lemurians, and Atlanteans, you have most likely heard of one of these civilizations. Each one of these cultures was a part of a time on Earth of pristine higher consciousness called The Golden Age.
Just as we rose into this Golden Age, we have naturally declined into The Dark Ages, whether this period of time was hijacked from us or whether it was destined from cosmic positioning, we will not know until we come into the great remembering and awakening once again.
Either way, I want to stay focused on why we are here now rather than where we have come from. We are coming into a time when the people of this previous golden age predicted that we would start rising out of the darkness (or lack of consciousness) once again!
I think that it is inevitable that we keep seeing the outbreak of every form of chaos! It is like how your body takes three days to fire up the immune system to heal a wound and the first response is swelling, redness and inflammation!
Well the planet is inflamed and the ones who are hearing the Earth’s call and feeling this calling deeply, are coming in with compassionate mindfulness to be a part of her immune response!
The more chaotic that our environment gets, the more it is an unravelling of all of the corruption that has been hidden or blatantly and uncontrollably exercised upon the people for hundreds of years!
The people in power have been focusing on the control of human consciousness and their usual tactics aren’t working anymore because we have reached a critical mass of enough of us who are awake (the hundredth monkey effect, if you don’t know what this is, Google it). The veil of control is visibly fading, failing and falling away.
I wanted to write this because this is a reminder to others who have been putting in the “work” to clear their karmic cycles here, to awaken and center into the remembrance of their mission.
You have heard many people say that there are the 1% that hold the majority of power and resources on the planet.
Well, I want to say this, just as everything moves in a symmetrical, dualistic fashion in this physical visible realm, there is another equal 1%, holding just as powerful of a resource.
That resource you ask? Unlimited unified, collective conscious, the fabric of all creation.
If you are one who has been hearing the clarion call of awakening, you are being invited to the forefront in the shaping of the New Earth consciousness.
Spread this knowledge and keep dedicated to the path of love and light, the darkness present is not entirely “bad” it just needs to be loved, felt, seen and honored back to remembrance.
Together we are creating a movement towards the next Golden Age.

It took 2,000 yrs or more.
The planets aligned, the time had come. The end of an era, the start of anew.
He came, he preached, he showed us. What we could be, what we will be.
He told us, go build yourself a temple, with no noise and with no tools, to listen to our hearts that inspires and expands, the temple of the mind. To know that we are good, to learn that we`re divine.
But the church, they did deny us, what we were told, what we were shown, a thousand times or more, by the preacher, by his words. They led us to believe, we were sinners, not divine.
That god is greater, greater than all beings, and we will perish and be dammed, if we don`t listen to his call. Kept us in a darkness, in a fear of doing wrong
and to pray for his forgiveness, so as not to go to hell.
2,000 years have past and they kept us all apart, not telling us we are divine, and our reality lies in our minds, but now we know.
We should serve others, in order to serve god, in order to be served. Because god is everywhere, god is spirit, god is energy, consciousness, god is in us all.
The created (us) are now ready to become the creators, that we always were, but didn`t know.
Look inside your mind, your thoughts, and change inside yourself, what you want to see outside. For they will soon become, your reality, your world.
Our religion is each other and our practice is our life, experience, no right, no wrong. Pray will be our words, and the forest our church. The holy water will be our rivers, lakes and oceans.
Meditation our relationships. Our teacher was life and our wisdom self knowledge.
Love is in the centre of being and the temple is You.
This is the age, the new age, THE AGE OF AQUARIUS.
