Fear is undoubtedly the most effective way to control someone. When our minds touch on something that instils fear in us our bodies react by releasing chemicals that course through our body. The natural instinct is to protect ourselves by closing up, tensing and adopting a FIGHT OR FLIGHT MENTALITY. Back to HOMEPAGE☼
Our society is absolutely SATURATED with fear triggers. ‘Will I have enough money?’, Will I get sick?’, ‘Will there be anyone to care for me?’ ‘Are there bad guys out to get me?’ down to the most basic “am I loveable?’ ‘Am I worthy?’. I COULD CONTINUE THIS LIST FOR DAYS.
Social values and the media reinforce these fears at every opportunity. The other day I was talking to a friend and we were talking about why the world was in the state that it is. I suggested that it had to do with the controllers understanding the power of fear and using it to keep us in line. I said that I believed that, because of the way we are brought up, most people deep down QUESTION THEIR OWN WORTH.
Because being worthy is not a given, people compensate by doing all sorts of ego driven things to ‘prove’ their worth. When I said that my friend exclaimed “Holy xxxx you’re right, in fact I joined the military and went to the Middle East to PROVE THAT I AM WORTHY.”
How much are we being driven by our fears? What would our life look like if it were not driven by fears. Imagine a world where everyone knew, simply by the fact that they were alive, that they are worthy (nobody was better than them or worse than them). Nothing to prove. No need for external validation. Instead of trying to be what we think we should be, we could focus on being what we are. This is where I think our real magic is. We each have unique interests and gifts within us that if we were each brave enough to tap into and share with the collective would make our world a more meaningful, more valuable (in the truest sense) and more beautiful place (ALSO IN THE TRUEST SENSE).
To me the key is to learn how to cease being so easily manipulated by fear. It is good to know what is in our surroundings, to be aware, but there is a fine line between being aware and being focused. When we focus on the negative aspects of our reality we are of course contributing our energy to the very things WE WANT TO SEE DISAPPEAR.
There are a few things I believe we can do to help extricate ourselves from the FEAR MATRIX:
1) Take the time to really examine where we allow our energy (attention) to flow and make a conscious effort to start focusing on that which we want to see thrive, rather than disappear.
2) Examine the sources of fear in our life (some people are even fear junkies and seek out the rush that comes from a good jolt), and try to minimize them.
3) Rather than be simply in our minds (as most of us are taught to be). Learn to drop down to our hearts. This can be scary at first because the heart is about feeling…and many of us have learned to push away our feelings rather than process them and release them (so there can be a lot of old stagnant uncomfortable energy at first…waiting to be processed). It gets easier with time and practice.
4) Learn to recognize fear triggers and the body’s reaction to them. When we can recognize these triggers for what they are we can become increasingly immune to their power over us. Rather than be swayed by them we allow the feelings they instil to wash over us.
5) Know thy self .

Guiding the Waves and Finding New Ground When awakening first happens, we feel slightly victimized–well, many of us do. I suppose, for me personally, I didn’t. I’d been creating space for it, so in that way, I gave the waves of energy some place to go. Letting go of the sandcastle metaphor for the moment, I had made space for this energy, but still it blew up everything in my life for awhile. But perhaps, I felt better because I also helped to tear down the sandcastle. Perhaps, that’s the big part that we all need to have as kids; we all need to appreciate mindfully TEARING DOWN THE SANDCASTLE AND LETTING IT GO.
But many of you didn’t create that space, and even as a part of you knows that you need to find solid ground, you still stick to this beachhead. Valiantly shoveling deeper moats to try and channel the water away from your precious sandy construction, it does no good. A bigger wave comes and demolishes you again and again UNTIL YOU LET GO ❤

(Minghui.org) In the past, I did not know I had the attachment of fear and of being overly-worried. These had become part of me and it had become difficult to identify.
The existence of these attachments could be seen in almost every aspect of my life. At school, I was worried about my grades. Although I studied the Fa every day, I had few breakthroughs with my human notions. At work or in my daily life, I handled things like an everyday person and rarely thought of Fa principles.
Looking back, I found it difficult to let go of human notions and act according to Fa principles. Sometimes getting rid of my human thoughts felt like I had to give up my life. This made me realize that cultivation practice is indeed very serious.

What Does This Tell Us and Why Is It Important?
We live in an age where more and more people are waking up to the secrecy that plagues our planet. Ten years ago, if you were to mention that we are being ‘watched’ through various high tech means, it would have been unbelievable, but thanks to people like Edward Snowden, we know this to be true.
It’s unfortunate to realize that so many facts about our world are kept hidden from us, supposedly for the sake of ‘national security,’ but it’s quite evident that there are also special interests at stake, and secrecy is used to preserve and uphold these interests, whatever they may be.
Today we have many whistleblowers with verified credentials from various agencies and branches of government who are spilling the beans on several different topics, as well as other evidence to corroborate and back up what the say. Our website is full of examples; the ones presented in this article represent just a select few.
While witness testimony is not always deemed credible, when you have up to, arguably, more than one thousand qualified people coming forward, it becomes difficult to ignore.
Today, in 2016, it’s important to keep an open mind, because information will keep emerging that threatens the belief systems of many. Too often we completely shut down any chance of even entertaining this type of information, and that’s done out of fear. When we’ve been shielded from the truth for so long it can indeed be scary, and sometimes downright unbelievable, to wake up to the truth.
Secrecy is a great way for the establishment to keep us in line and prevent the human race from growing, expanding, and exploring, but our consciousness is shifting. We are becoming more aware, more curious, and more passionate about creating a better human experience for the entire race. We are constantly distracted with our own lives, trying to put food on the table and make it through another work week, having our minds, thoughts, and wants programmed into our brains through mass marketing, but many people are no longer resonating with this type of human experience.
It’s time to start asking the bigger questions. It’s time for the human race to leave its infancy and grow into adulthood, and transparency is the first step. Proper progress cannot be made if a civilization tries to move forward blindly, unconscious of the true nature of reality.
