What is ascension?
On an individual level, ascension is the process of changing one’s consciousness from one reality, based on one set of beliefs, to another. On a group or planetary level, ascension is the collective expansion of a state of consciousness (set of beliefs) to the point where that consciousness creates a new reality—a new state of being or dimension (*The Hundredth Monkey Syndrome). Example: We are collectively creating a 5th dimensional consciousness through our individual ascension processes. Okay, I realize I have thrown a new thought in here, that being that a dimension is a state of consciousness. Perhaps we’d better stop and look at that before we go on because we really need to understand consciousness, dimensions and such before we can truly grasp the process of ascension.

When we talk about spiritual energy, what we are really talking about is the spiritual vibrations and frequencies within our subtle body.
Understanding spiritual vibration and the frequencies they come in is an important step in living spiritually.
So what exactly are spiritual vibrations and frequencies?
Spiritual Vibrations
Spiritual vibrations are pure spirit energy – the stuff consciousness is made of.
Energy has no mass and no properties itself. In order for energy to make a difference in the world – and for all intents and purposes, exist – it must vibrate.
Every action and every thought creates vibrations in the spiritual energy field. We are “creating” spiritual energy just by existing.
How we do that existing defines the spiritual vibrations we create.
But is all spiritual energy the same? Is it all just spiritual vibration?
Energy Frequencies
Not quite.
Although all spiritual energy is the same, and although it all vibrates, there is an infinite number of different frequencies it can vibrate at.
Think of the frequency as to how quickly the energy vibrates.
When we feel emotions like fear, rage, anxiety and hatred, we create low-frequency spiritual energy.
These low, rumbling vibrations weigh us down and cloud our minds. This is why a bad mood is so hard to shake.

On the other hand, when we feel emotions like love, kinship, sympathy and awe, we create high-frequency spiritual energy.
This energy makes us feel lighter and more vigorous.
Taking Care Of Your Energies
The important thing about spiritual energies and frequencies is that higher frequencies always trump lower frequencies.
This means that although it is easier to accumulate low-frequency energies, creating high-frequency energies will help to wipe them away.
We can do this by living with kindness and conscience.
When we put high-frequency energy into the world by expressing love, performing acts of kindness and by being humble and charitable, we will get the same HIGH-FREQUENCY ENERGY back in return.
This is the law of karma.
But we also have to be mindful of the low energies that we are bound to pick up at some point along the way.
Some people always have low-frequency energy whirling around them as they act selfishly or with malice.
The less time spent with these people, the better, frankly.
When we spend time with someone, we share some of their energies – that is, they take some of ours, and we take some of theirs.
This is usually good as good people raise each other’s vibrational frequencies.

But when low-frequency energy plagues one person, the other may find themselves saddled with a slice of it.
As always, the best way to ensure we are clear of this low-frequency energy is to meditate, bringing up all the negative and, with a breath (or nine, on a rough day) clear it all away.

Interesting thing to ponder: what’s stronger, military might or divine power?
If anyone’s wondering about the griffin on the Gnosis book cover, the griffin came after the book was done, when I was designing the cover and putting final touches on the inside design. I wanted an old style emblem that contrasted with the ultra modern font.
Traditionally, the griffin symbolizes divine power. The lion represents power, the Eagle heaven. Demiurgic technology like the Philosopher’s Stone is physical technology imbued with etheric/astral energies. So, a marriage of above and below.
Since the griffin concerns divine power (in matters of the soul) as much as etheric/astral power (as applied to technology), it covers the full range of what I discuss in the book.
The very last page of the book is the griffin with “Spirit over Mind, Mind over Matter” written around it, which sums up what I think the esoteric path of spiritual development is really about.
It’s about having the highest acquire dominion over the lowest, from top to bottom, with each level in between playing its role harmoniously but ultimately serving the higher level above it. By higher, I mean in terms of spiritual “vibration” and level of consciousness, not higher in rank like in some militaristic hierarchy.
So to sum up, the griffin came later in my work on the book, that’s why I didn’t mention it in the text itself. I also felt it was good to keep it as a riddle for a while. It should make more sense now why the griffin is a fitting symbol, with lion + eagle = below + above = demiurgic technology = spiritual path of spirit over mind and mind over body.
I could have gone with a dragon, since dragons represent the 4 elements (scales = fish = water, claws = earth, breath = fire, wings = air) and thus the Philosopher’s Stone (which in Alchemy is an inseparable union of the 4 elements plus ether). But dragons are too reptilian and a bit cliché so the griffin was the better choice. Just FYI in case you were wondering what’s up with the griffin.
Lastly, the northern lights on the cover is an allusion to:
1) “North” as in Nordics (the alien type) which I discuss at length in the book, probably the most historically solid and revealing chapter on them in any book to date, and
2) The solar cataclysm that’s going to heavily impact human civilization sometime in the next 50 years based on rates of Earth’s magnetic field decline and the sun’s own cycles indicating we’re headed into a mini-ice age which paradoxically can have some huge flares associated with it (which would induce intense auroras).
Nineteenth century Alchemist Fulcanelli devoted his entire third book “Finis Gloriae Mundi” to that cataclysm, but since that book was never published, only fragments of it were put into his 2nd book “The Dwellings of the Philosophers” at the end. Cataclysm cycles are an integral part of mystery school / secret society teachings, as entire civilizations are engineered around their timing.
As I said in an interview months ago, so much of the Great Reset seems geared toward locking down the “cattle” inside the barn because a big storm’s coming. Not that this is the only solution, as the higher ups could just a well try enlightening the population and arming them with fringe technology so that a mini-ice age is survivable. But the cynical and negative-ET aligned globalist factions see us as useless eaters who need to be tranquilized and fed bug protein bars inside underground survival colonies. I’m pretty confident the human spirit will not tolerate that, and so a Great Awakening is the only viable way forward.
