    The Solstice energy is building and we are experiencing an acceleration of timelines closing out including parallel/alternate and current timelines.

    Dream time activity is increasing as the veils continue to thin and we integrate/retrieve gifts and codes as these other timelines dissolve.

    The Evolution of the Body

    There is so very much Light coming through and activating the Light within our physical body. Every part of our body is being cleared and cleansed to support the immensity of this process. As more Light gets activated inside the body more darkness gets activated as well to be seen, felt and cleared…remind yourself of this so that you can continue to open up and be more allowing of this process.

    Light changes everything.
    Light evolves everything.
    Light transforms everything.
    It is all about our pure Light NOW and how much are we allowing and how much are we resisting it.

    Carbon Body vs. LightBody
    Our old carbon based body functions very differently than our New Earth Crystalline Body does this is in part the reason why our bodies are going through so many changes and we are feeling so many new things in our body. The carbon body used to suppress everything, it held everything so tight inside and it was so disconnected that it never was conscious enough of what it was doing or what was going on in its reality.

    The level of separation held within the carbon body is extreme to a level we can’t even fully comprehend. This creates an on going experience where we feel lost, alone, so disconnected, so out of touch with who we are which leads to all sorts of mental and physical imbalances that create much hurt and trauma.

    The carbon based body creates the separation realms also known as the 3D world. No matter who you are or what you believe this is an experience for every Soul that chooses to incarnate in this physical body. As soon as you enter into a body you experience separation. Now the level of separation is determined by the level of separation you have chosen your carbon based body to store inside. Everyone has different levels of separation within and it is all predetermined by the Soul.

    As each person chooses to connect at a deeper level within their own physical body much gets activated and cleared so that the Soul has enough space to enter and become fully anchored inside. It’s important to remember that this is an on going process, this whole entire existence becomes about opening up more and anchoring more Light within because we are infinite which means this is an infinite process that never truly ends and the more we open up to it and allow it the more we actually enjoy it.

    Right now we are living through the collective phenomenon of the evolutionary process of our bodies becoming less carbon and more silicon (we mostly use the term crystalline). This is very normal as everything is meant to change simply because we are energetic beings and as energy we are meant to always change.

    Everything moves in cycles and phases. We are moving through an 11 year Soular cycles where the highest Soular activity is predicted to occur (from now until 2026) which supports in the activation of our Soul codes. This is in part why so many of us have seen/felt huge collective awakenings during this upcoming months and years. The activity of the Sun is connected to our Soul and the activity of the stars and Cosmos is connected to our Star/Galactic essence of our Soul.

    During this phase we are going to see more and more people going through Soul Awakenings and in the latter phase of the Soular Cycle we are going to be moving through a collective Galactic Awakening. These are both different but very important and a very normal part of this process. The body is creating enough room inside for our Soul to be fully anchored inside which shifts us into 5D, the beginning of our New Earth existence. Then as we continue to fully embody our Soul we move into new phases of evolution where we activate our Galactic aspects that move us into more pure action based roles that continue to elevate us into higher and higher realms of 6D and above. Again this is all based on the levels of Light and purity you hold within and this continues to expand and widen the deeper we go inside.

    The internal alignments that are happening right now is making all of this possible which is why it is so important for each and every single one of us to fully focus on this entire process as a whole. Everything we experience comes from the body, everything we allow comes from the body, everything we become is connected to how much Light we have integrated within the body. Yes, Everything is about the body.

    As we continue to anchor more Light within the body our bodies then get to function from Light not from fear. Now this isn’t to say that fear disappear because it doesn’t we just don’t function from that energy of separation anymore. We become less fearful of fear, we don’t resist the fear, we fully honor this energy every time it comes up and our bodies do the rest of the heavy duty clearing. Right now what is occurring is that all the fear energy, fear-based programs and systems are coming up left, right and center because we must be willing to see where we have been controlled by this energy so that the body can then dissolve it and so then we can move into a much wholesome space inside that connects us with our Light. Awareness is key, if we are not willing to see then we are still in resistance and not allowing the changes that we so want to see. It’s simple, the more Light that comes in the more we are able to see. The amplification of Light is eminent, there is no stopping it now and will only continue to grow stronger and stronger and stronger, what is crucial now is our readiness to see and as an ego we don’t want to see, we don’t want to come to terms with our internal truth of how we are feeling, we don’t want to confront our deepest fears, we don’t want to become responsible for what we see and so we have programmed ourselves to keep turning a blind eye on everything. This has been easy to do as en ego for a very long time but as more Light enters inside this will not be an option anymore.

    We are entering a whole new era, an era of Light where we are going to get to see absolutely everything. As an ego that is the scariest things to do and yet it is what frees us from the lower realms that we have been trying so hard to elude. As one becomes less of an ego and more of a Soul seeing everything for what it actually is empowers us, we come into a space where we are no longer judging, rejecting, fighting or resenting what we see because we don’t see things from the lens of the ego we see things from the Universal and Cosmic lens of purity. As our bodies become Light we get to see everything from our LIghtBody instead of our linear mind which is a huge difference. Our linear mind was clouded by judgment, hurt, shame, fear and separation and it could only perceive things as a confirmation of these. It kept things tight and locked, closed and it blinded itself from seeing things as how they truly were. There is no use anymore, there is no need to keep living from the linear mind anymore….we are being gifted with the opportunity to break free and break out of this old realm because this is what we agreed to do here. This is a beautiful planet filled with so much magic and we came here to restore it back to what it once was.

    We are bringing a whole new song now, a whole new way that yes it scares the shit out of people and we must continue to connect to those aspect of ourselves that are still in full resistance mode towards the New. The ego aspect will always be a part of this experience as of right now but it doesn’t have to be aspect we live from, now it’s time to live as a Soul and be willing to see and feel our ego in every way. This is our new norm, this is our new way, this is the freedom way and everything else magically shifts.

    We are ready to connect with our bodies more, be the support our bodies need and fully step into a whole new realm inside.
    Let’s keep going forward and supporting one another in the highest of ways.

    Grogginess is often the nervous system down regulating to protect itself. Head pressure is muscle tension and overstimulation. Acid reflux is sympathetic activation. Joint pain can increase when sleep is disrupted. Waking at 3 to 4am is a classic cortisol rhythm shift and increase in angelic guidance. Feeling “drugged” is nervous system fatigue after prolonged activation. Chest heaviness is often stress breathing, not catastrophe.

    When thousands of people focus on sensation at the same time attention amplifies signal. The body listens to narrative. This does not mean the symptoms are imagined. It means the system is responsive. This corridor is redistribution. What was loosened must resettle and redistribution can feel messy before it feels clear.
    Externally, we are seeing similar themes exposure in leadership, accountability conversations, structural tensions rising into headlines. What was hidden surfaces. What was tolerated is questioned. Macro mirrors micro.

    Everything you’re feeling in your body is happening in the headlines in all the news right now.
    We are in big big energy. I can’t emphasise this enough. When lightworkers don’t see sun activity they sometimes switch off and think, oh there’s nothing happening, but the reality is that we are in the alternate reality of one non stop sun burp right now in turns of effective energy until March 20th. It’s going to feel super duper intense even at the micro level as we hit this planetary alignment on the 28th which is now building.

    And lastly, for those with allergies, now is a time stock up on pills, creams, and potions, lotions for that kind of thing as some of you are going to see allergies increase for a short while now.

    You can feel it if you’re paying attention.

    When truth pushes through systems built on manipulation, it doesn’t feel peaceful at first. It feels destabilizing. It feels like betrayal. It feels like anger rising to the surface. It feels like the ground shifting under your feet.

    We’ve been conditioned to accept narratives without questioning them. We defended institutions we barely understood. We mocked people who asked hard questions. And now the weight of suppressed information is building to a breaking point.

    This isn’t about chaos for the sake of chaos. It’s about accountability. It’s about transparency. It’s about humanity deciding it’s done being managed and manipulated.

    Some will double down. Some will lash out. Some will pretend nothing is happening because admitting they were wrong feels too threatening. That part will be uncomfortable to watch.

    But truth doesn’t require permission to surface.

    Sit tight… but don’t sit silent.

    Be calm… but don’t be passive.

    Strengthen your mind. Regulate your emotions. Stop outsourcing your thinking. The ones who stay steady internally will become anchors when others start to spiral.

    Integration Within a Changing Collective Field

    It is clear that both collective and individual consciousness are moving through a profound process of release that collapses the structures that once offered certainty across social, relational, spiritual, and inner dimensions. That former sense of stability is gradually dissolving as the veil lifts, allowing deeper truths to emerge in service of awakening.

    On an individual level, old patterns continue to surface – defensive reactions, inherited beliefs, unconscious habits of control.

    On a collective level, outdated, corupt systems are violently dismanteling, depsperately attempting to hold onto illusory old structures that no longer exist. What once functioned smoothly is now unsustainable. There is an urgency to make changes, but this phase of detoxification requires the opposite – presence and stillness.

    This process is unfolding across multiple layers of consciousness—emotional, psychological, cultural, physical, and beyond. Residues of fear, competition, division, guilt, and survival-based conditioning are surfacing to be seen and acknowledged.

    The nervous system is releasing what it can no longer sustain, bringing to light false belief systems, unconscious blind spots, and long-held blockages that have restricted authentic movement and expression in the outer world.

    Individuals feel waves of fatigue, irritation, grief, restlessness, insomnia and anxiety without clear cause. Some may feel waves of excitement and adrenaline, for no apparent reason.

    Collectively, polarization intensifies before it exhausts itself entirely. This process not not happen in a straight line, it oscillates.

    As outdated structures attempt to reinforce themselves to maintain relevance, they generate greater confusion and instability, amplifying these symptoms along the way.

    During this phase, sensitivity may heighten while reactivity softens. The system gradually learns to remain open without clinging to the past or feeling compelled by urgency.

    On both individual and collective levels, integration becomes the process of allowing inner clarity to reorganize life from within, rather than forcing direction from external pressures.

    As this integration deepens, perception itself begins to shift. What once felt like a personal process of healing, releasing, and evolving starts to be seen from a wider vantage point.

    Gradually, another layer of understanding comes into view that reframes the entire movement:

    *** Cycles of release, detoxification, and integration belong to the realm of appearance. Awareness itself does not evolve, the identification with it appears to.

    As identification relaxes its grip, patterns dissolve with increasing effortlessness on both, the individual and collective levels, and new expressions stabilize naturally.

    Integration completes when the sense of a separate one managing the process fades. There is a sense of simplicity without ownership that births within a field that was never divided in the first place.
