Organic Farmer & Winemaker Faces Jail Time for Refusing to Spray Pesticides?!

The French agriculture ministry is prosecuting Emmanuel Giboulot, an organic winemaker, for failing to apply insecticide to his vines. The ministry wants insecticide to be sprayed to control the leafhopper Scaphoideus titanus—believed to be responsible for the spread of the grapevine disease—but Giboulot believes the pesticide is ineffective and damaging to pollinating insects such as bees, and insists the disease can be fought via more natural means.
Emmanuel Giboulot appeared before a judge in the city of Dijon on Monday after defying an official order to treat his vineyard against an insect suspected of transmitting a devastating plant disease, and risks six months in jail for failing to take preventive measures against a bacterial vine disease. He was fined €1,000 for putting neighboring vineyards at risk. The court’s final verdict will be announced on April 7.

Pesticide-residuen werden gevonden in het grootste deel van de 300 geteste Franse wijnen, aldus wetenschappers die het wijnonderzoek deden. Dat betekent dat slechts 10% van die wijnen, schoon waren van elk chemisch middel, dat tijdens de druiven/wijnbehandeling wordt gebruikt. Pascal Chatonnet en het ‘EXCELL-laboratory’ in Bordeaux testen de 300 wijnen uit de wijnoogsten van 2009 en 2010 uit de Bordeaux, de Rhone, en een groter deel van de zuidelijke Aquitaine regio, inclusief appellation-wijnen, zoals de ‘Madiran’ en de ‘Gaillac’.

[…] U langzaam VERGIFTIGEN. Het voordeel van langzaam is dat u dan als PRODUCT nog iets oplevert. Eigenlijk is dat weer vergelijkbaar met het vorige voorbeeld met de mensen uit China. Hier in het westen gebeurt het iets subtieler. Maar en dat heb ik al vaker verteld. De boer wil graag een wereldregering en die is GEK OP DE PRAKTIJKEN UIT CHINA. Die vindt hoe wij het doen eigenlijk maar niets. Dat heb ik ook vaker geschreven. Eigenlijk zijn ze een beetje van strategie verandert. Eerst zagen ze mensen dus als “PRODUCT” nu willen ze er eventjes kort door de bocht eigenlijk gewoon HELEMAAL VANAF. Maar als u naar mijn andere blog’s gaat dan struikelt u over de bewijzen die dit schrikbeeld helaas bevestigen. Goed, met ONZE GEZONDHEID gaat het dus rap bergafwaarts. Wereldwijd lijden mensen aan ziektes die veel te maken hebben met het letterlijk AFBREKEN van het menselijk DNA. Mensen worden minder vitaal en eerder oud. Daar heb ik in de voorgaande blog’s veel over geschreven. En het lullige is dan ook nog dat we terwijl we GEFLEST worden ook nog eens te veel betalen. De oplossing heeft overigens weer met oude wijn en vaten te maken. En laten we eerlijk zijn. DEZE WIJN is toch niet meer te drinken? Tijd voor hele nieuwe wijn (EN VATEN).
