Putin’s Speech Analysis: Bioweapons and Human Experimentation in Ukraine
For those who have not read Putin’s transcript from his speech today, September 30th, 2022; I highly recommend you do so. You simply cannot trust any media outlet to give you an accurate or sufficient summary. You must read it for yourself, in its entirety. Link is here.¹
Now that you’ve read the speech, I’m going to give my takeaways and address which passages stuck out to me.
The overall message of the speech is, Russia have reclaimed land which belonged to them only a few short decades ago. Followed by an absolute lambasting of the US/NATO a declaration of war on “Western elites” (the Deep State) and the Liberal-Globalist ideology as a whole. Putin spent a significant majority of his speech highlighting the hypocrisy of Western society and the plague it has brought upon the world.
Now, you all know my field of expertise revolves around the biolabs in Ukraine. Interesting nugget from Putin thrown in this speech, his first public acknowledgement of “Bioweapons” and “human experimentation” in Ukraine and elsewhere. In the past he has allowed UN diplomats and the Ministries of Defense and Foreign affairs to address this situation, until today.
“They call the orders and threats they make to their vassals Euro-Atlantic solidarity, and the creation of biological weapons and the use of human test subjects, including in Ukraine, noble medical research.”
It might not seem like much, but what Putin just asserted would be the two most consequential international crimes known to man. Putin just public accused the West of infringing the International Biological Weapons Treaty, as well as the Nuremberg Code. In case anyone needs a reminder for what the punishment for those crimes are…

Karma is not for an eye for an eye, karma is energy that we have manifested for ourselves so that we can evolve and grow. Nobody can save us from our own energy, that violates our free will, it is not the angels, extra terrestrials, or “gods” place to decide that the energy we manifested should not be part of our experience. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transmuted. Transmute all energy into love.
Karma cannot be overcome, it must be worked off. The Law of Karmic Effect is not a punishment, it is a tool of learning, which is set in place to promote personal growth and development. If you have to feel the consequences of your actions, there is a higher likelihood of your choosing a different course, the next time around. It is also important to hold in mind that it works both ways. Seek therefore to ensure that the effect of your presence upon those others whom you encounter upon your journey, are positive and beneficial. @theneighbours2021Ⓡ A Karmic Cycle is brought to completion once you have learned the lessons intended for you from it. If you keep repeating the same mistakes, you’ll keep cycling until such a time as you get the message, and break the cycle. But yes, ultimately, all of us will learn that which we need to learn, and all of us will find our way Home. For some, it just takes longer than others.
When we talk about becoming spiritual or growing emotionally, it somehow creates the idea that we go into a bubble mode where nothing touches us. That you do this so that you suffer less, so that certain things don’t touch you anymore. The idea is exactly the opposite: everything will touch you much more deeply, just that in a different way.
You will no longer be burdened with hatred, prejudice and helplessness when you meet people who do not show compassion. You will no longer get angry when you are judged unfairly, criticised or ridiculed. You will no longer carry all the fears inherited from your family and taken over through your education.
But you won’t become a guru floating on a water lily leaf undisturbed by the world around you either. Your perspective will be a winning one even when you lose. Your reason will not be numbed by naivety but neither will it be frozen by lack of emotion. And no, if you will grow spiritually, you will not exclusively attract magical things. And you’re not going to meet unicorns and dragons to save you from yours and other people’s ignorance.
You will struggle in the same world full of questions and challenges, as everything gets a whole new meaning. You will look at things from at least two different angles and you will ask yourself: “what does this situation teach me?” “Why do I make these choices?” “The man yelling at me unfairly who is he really talking to?” And simple awareness will free you from this enslaving idea that you must control, know and always be right. You can not.
You can’t know anything in advance. And that is precisely why life happens. If you have a little patience to draw your conclusions after experiencing something, it means that you have grown spiritually. And from there, from spiritual growth comes in direct proportion the decrease of suffering. Because all the time, whatever happens, it’s something that you have a place to put in your emotion and thought, as you know because have learned to work with before.
Everything that is fully understood is deeply healed and no longer causes suffering. And sometimes, the lesson learned is more important than a momentary state of joy that is not a direct result of an experience. By growing spiritual we mature mentally, emotionally and ij doing this we will be able to gather so many lessons from each experience that they will be the future problem solving tools of the future, but also the answers to the unhealed things of the present moment. Learning is the opposite of the euphoric state of happiness, but in the long run it represents happiness in its purest state, which saves us from the false happiness of living only in appearance.
When you know exactly who you are, what healing tools you have, what your direction is, everything that happens along the way becomes the Joy of Your Soul… Because in whatever direction You’ll go, even when You don’t know where You’re going… You are in the direction of your soul. Which takes you to your destination.💎
