Wir stimmen Ihrer Schließung unserer Bankkonten nicht zu und werden Sie mit einer Gebühr von $ 25.000 belasten, um die Kosten von Zeit und Umständen abzudecken, die Sie uns verursacht haben. The figures are staggering.
Without any recession or crisis, major central banks are purchasing more than $200 billion a month in government and private debt, led by the ECB and the Bank of Japan.
The Federal Reserve owns more than 14% of the US total public debt.
The ECB and BOJ balance sheets exceed 35% and 70% of their GDP.
The Bank of Japan is now a top 10 shareholder in 90% of the Nikkei.
The ECB owns 9.2% of the European corporate bond market and more than 10% of the main European countries’ total sovereign debt.
The Bank of England owns between 25% and 30% of the UK’s sovereign debt.

Why are internet companies like Google in bed with cops and spies?
Though Oakland’s police surveillance center was put on hold, the question remained: What could Google, a company obsessed with its progressive “Don’t Be Evil” image, offer a controversial police surveillance center?
At the time, I was a reporter for Pando, a small but fearless San Francisco magazine that covered the politics and business of Silicon Valley. I knew that Google made most of its money through a sophisticated targeted advertising system that tracked its users and built predictive models of their behavior and interests. The company had a glimpse into the lives of close to two billion people who used its platforms—from email to video to mobile phones—and it performed a strange kind of alchemy, turning people’s data into gold: nearly $100 billion in annual revenue and a market capitalization of $600 billion; its cofounders Larry Page and Sergey Brin had a combined personal wealth estimated to be $90 billion.
Google is one of the wealthiest and most powerful corporations in the world, yet it presents itself as one of the good guys: a company on a mission to make the world a better place and a bulwark against corrupt and intrusive governments all around the globe. And yet, as I traced the story and dug into the details of Google’s government contracting business, I discovered that the company was already a full-fledged military contractor, selling versions of its consumer data mining and analysis technology to police departments, city governments, and just about every major U.S. intelligence and military agency. Over the years, it had supplied mapping technology used by the U.S. Army in Iraq, hosted data for the Central Intelligence Agency, indexed the National Security Agency’s vast intelligence databases, built military robots, colaunched a spy satellite with the Pentagon, and leased its cloud computing platform to help police departments predict crime. And Google is not alone. From Amazon to eBay to Facebook—most of the Internet companies we use every day have also grown into powerful corporations that track and profile their users while pursuing partnerships and business relationships with major U.S. military and intelligence agencies. Gab.com’s policy on terrorism and violence have always been very clear: we a have zero tolerance for it. Gab unequivocally disavows and condemns all acts of terrorism and violence. This has always been our policy. We are saddened and disgusted by the news of violence in Pittsburgh and are keeping the families and friends of all victims in our thoughts and prayers.
We refuse to be defined by the media’s narratives about Gab and our community. Gab’s mission is very simple: to defend free expression and individual liberty online for all people. Social media often brings out the best and the worst of humanity. From live streamed murders on Facebook, to threats of violence by bombing suspect Cesar Sayoc Jr. that went unaddressed by Twitter, and more. Criminals and criminal behavior exist on every social media platform.
Shortly after the attack, Gab was alerted to a user profile of the alleged Tree of Life Synagogue shooter. The account was verified and matched the name of the alleged shooter’s name, which was mentioned on police scanners. This person also had accounts on other social networks.
Gab took swift and proactive action to contact law enforcement immediately. We first backed up all user data from the account and then proceeded to suspend the account. We then contacted the FBI and made them aware of this account and the user data in our possession. We are ready and willing to work with law enforcement to see to it that justice is served.
We have nothing but love for all people and freedom. We have consistently disavowed all violence. Free speech is crucial for the prevention of violence. If people can not express themselves through words, they will do so through violence. No one wants that. No one.

Tech titans Apple, Facebook, and YouTube have wiped out talk-show host Alex Jones’s social media presence on the Internet. But the social media crusades weren’t over.
Facebook recently took down popular pages like Liberty Memes and hundreds of other prominent libertarian-leaning pages . In the wake of the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting, social media network Gab was on the receiving end of suspensions from payment processors like PayPal and Stripe and cloud hosting company Joyent. Although these companies did not provide clear explanations for their dissociation with Gab, the media had a field day when they learned that the synagogue shooter, Robert Bowers, had an account with the social media network.
Should libertarians fear social media de-platforming? Or is this a case of private actors exercising their legitimate property rights by excluding those they wish to no longer do business with?

The Blurring Lines of the Public & Private Sector
Since the question of de-platforming has popped up, some conservatives have proposed state-based solutionsto solve this problem. In a role reversal, conservative commentator Ann Coulter suggested that the governmentpass anti-discrimination laws to prevent social media platforms from de-platforming conservatives. Ideological consistency is a lot to ask for from seasoned veterans of Conservative Inc these days.
Nevertheless, Coulter expanded on why the 1st Amendment protections must be extended to social media:
We need to apply the First Amendment to social media companies like Twitter, Facebook, and Google, because it is a public square, and there is precedent for that and it’s gotta be done, because this is really terrifying, and talk about chilling speech when they’re just throwing people off right and left.
Although private entities are within their rights to decide with whom they do business, libertarians should not completely dismiss concerns about social media censorship. The first question we must ask: How separate from the State are these social media giants in the first place?

PEGASUS Espionage Committee: Federal representative does not show up for hearing.
The spy software “Pegasus” can tap all cell phone data unnoticed, read messages, and activate the microphone or camera remotely without the person affected noticing. It is considered one of the most powerful cyber weapons ever developed. Among the worldwide victims are several members of the EU Parliament, employees of the EU Commission as well as numerous oppositionists and lawyers from the EU member states.
According to its own information, the Israeli manufacturer NSO sells the product only to state authorities such as police forces, secret services or the military.
In order to clarify how it could happen that this software was also used against members of the EU Parliament and the EU Commission and who is responsible for that, the special committee PEGA was founded in the EU Parliament already in April 2022, of which I am a full member.
From the very beginning, this committee was ill-fated. Sometimes the Internet suddenly went down, speakers unexpectedly dropped out of the live video feed, government agencies stonewalled when passing on information or simply acted the fool.
Earlier this week, the Vice President of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), Martina Link, had been invited to a hearing before the committee. But Ms. Link did not show up for the appointment. The reason for her absence is still unknown. Even the committee chairman was surprised about this audacity and remarked that even he did not know whether the vice-president of the BKA – who was invited a total of 3 times – was only prevented by scheduling or if the Federal Ministry of the Interior had forbidden her to attend.
So let’s hold on to this:
➡️ Powerful spy software, which according to the manufacturer is only sold to government agencies to help fight terrorism and organized crime, is suddenly also being used within the EU against politicians and oppositionists, among others.
➡️ According to the manufacturer, Germany is one of a group of 60 customers from 45 countries (including 14 EU countries).
➡️ In 2021, it became known that both the Federal Criminal Police Office and Germany’s foreign intelligence service, the BND, are using a variant of the Pegasus software.
➡️ On November 14th, 2022, a hearing of the EU Special Committee PEGA was held with a focus on Germany. Despite being invited three times, the Vice President of the Federal Criminal Police Office does not appear in front of the committee. In the official documentation of the EU Parliament this incident is kept quiet. Only in a video recording of the session a hint is made at the very end.
My question:
What should an averagely gifted person make of this? What conclusion could one come to if the already known facts are put in connection with the corresponding conjectures? Could we then be in danger of being once again branded as alleged conspiracy theorists by “opinion controllers” and so-called “fact checkers”?

Die Spionage-Software “Pegasus” kann unbemerkt sämtliche Daten von Mobiltelefonen abgreifen, Nachrichten mitlesen sowie Mikrofon oder Kamera aus der Ferne aktivieren, ohne daß der Betroffene etwas davon mitbekommt. Sie gilt als eine der mächtigsten jemals entwickelten Cyberwaffen. Zu den weltweiten Opfern gehören u.a. auch mehrere Mitglieder des EU-Parlaments, Mitarbeiter der EU-Kommission sowie zahlreiche Oppositionelle und Rechtsanwälte aus EU-Mitgliedsländern.
Die israelische Herstellerfirma NSO verkauft das Produkt laut eigenen Angaben nur an staatliche Behörden wie Polizeien, Geheimdienste oder das Militär.
Um aufzuklären, wie es geschehen konnte, daß diese Software u.a. auch gegen Mitglieder des EU-Parlaments und der EU-Kommission zum Einsatz kam und wer hierfür verantwortlich ist, wurde im EU-Parlament bereits im April 2022 der Sonderausschuss PEGA gegründet, dem ich als Vollmitglied angehöre.
Dieser Ausschuss stand von Anfang an unter keinem guten Stern. Mal fiel plötzlich das Internet aus, Referenten flogen unvermittelt aus der Video Live-Schalte, Regierungsstellen mauerten bei der Informationsweitergabe oder stellten sich kurzerhand dumm.
Anfang dieser Woche war die Vizepräsidentin des Bundeskriminalamtes (BKA), Martina Link, zu einer Anhörung vor dem Ausschuss eingeladen worden. Doch Frau Link erschien nicht zum Termin. Der Grund für Ihr Fernbleiben ist bis heute unbekannt. Selbst der Ausschussvorsitzende wunderte sich über diese Dreistigkeit und bemerkte, daß selbst er nicht wisse, ob die Vizepräsidentin des BKA – welche insgesamt 3 Mal eingeladen wurde – nur verhindert sei, oder ob das Bundesinnenministerium ihr die Teilnahme verboten habe.
Halten wir also fest:
➡️ Eine mächtige Spionage-Software, welche laut Hersteller nur an staatliche Behörden verkauft wird, um die Bekämpfung von Terrorismus und Kriminalität zu unterstützen, wird plötzlich auch innerhalb der EU u.a. gegen Politiker und Oppositionelle eingesetzt.
➡️ Deutschland gehört laut Hersteller zu einer Gruppe von 60 Kunden aus 45 Ländern (davon 14 EU-Länder).
➡️ Im Jahr 2021 wurde bekannt, daß sowohl das Bundeskriminalamt als auch der deutsche Auslandsgeheimdienst BND eine Variante der Pegasus-Software im Einsatz haben.
➡️ Am 14.11.2022 fand eine Anhörung des EU-Sonderausschusses PEGA mit dem Schwerpunkt Deutschland statt. Trotz dreimaliger Einladung erscheint die Vizepräsidentin des Bundeskriminalamtes nicht vor dem Ausschuss. In der offiziellen Dokumentation des EU-Parlaments wird dieser Vorgang verschwiegen. Lediglich in einem Videomittschnitt der Sitzung wird ganz am Ende eine Andeutung dazu gemacht.
Meine Frage:
Was sollte ein durchschnittlich begabter Mensch davon halten? Zu welcher Schlussfolgerung könnte man gelangen, wenn man die bereits bekannten Fakten mit den im Raume stehenden Vermutungen in Verbindung bringt? Läuft man dann möglicherweise schon wieder Gefahr von Meinungskontrolleuren und sog. „Faktencheckern“ als vermeintlicher Verschwörungstheoretiker gebrandmarkt zu werden?
