Trusting your gut is age-old advice for a reason: Your instincts are usually right. Take these steps to stop second-guessing yourself.
It’s one of the most commonly doled out nuggets of professional advice: “Go with your gut.” But it’s a very challenging system to consistently implement.
“We spend our workdays in our outer world. We’re interacting with our team members and clients. We don’t have enough time in our inner world where we can reflect on those experiences and listen to what our gut might have to say,” says Hana Ayoub, a professional development coach.
Why is trusting your gut so powerful? Because your gut has been cataloging a whole lot of information for as long as you’ve been alive. “Trusting your gut is trusting the collection of all YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS experiences,” says Melody Wilding, a licensed therapist and professor of human behavior at Hunter College.
“Your gut is this collection of heuristic shortcuts. It’s this unconscious-conscious learned experience center that you can draw on from your years of being alive,” she explains. “It holds insights that aren’t immediately available to your conscious mind right now, but they’re all things that you’ve learned and felt. In the moment, we might not be readily able to access specific information, but our gut has it at the ready.”
“I’ve never heard a client say, ‘I regret going with my gut,’” says Ayoub. Think of all the time and mental energy that can be conserved by not having to overthink your next move. Here’s how you can start right now.
Carve Out Time To Reflect
After a meeting or interaction that requires a decision on your part, give yourself mental space to reflect. “Instead of grabbing a coffee in the kitchen, take a walk around the block. SPEND TIME ALONE. Even if it’s just a minute,” says Ayoub.
If it’s a bigger decision you need to make, Ayoub recommends creating a larger window before you need to respond. “Start telling people: ‘I need to sleep on this, I’ll get back to you tomorrow.’ Start building that response into your conversations, especially with the people you work with most. It’s telling people that’s how you work.”
“You have to create space to listen to what your gut is saying. That’s why people say they get their best ideas in the shower,” says Wilding. “Start to think back and do an audit of your day. It’s intentional mind wandering.”

We are all one, if we were not we would not feel this intense sense of longing for relationship, to be connected, to be loved, to be seen, to be recognized, because to be truly separated would mean that there was no need and no longing or desire for connectedness. ONENESS is our eternal nature from which we can never be separated. The sense of separation that almost everyone on Earth experiences is due to a sense of loss brought on by the lingering faint memory that all have of connectedness to Source.
You are One with Source, but in the game of separation that humanity is playing it seems that Source is an external Entity utterly removed from humanity, perhaps even unaware of humanity. And that is extremely painful for one who feels lost and whose only wish is to be eternally loved – and every human is that lost one, adrift in an ocean of Love and seemingly unable to access It.
Access is always available, but it requires you to release your hold on the illusory aspects of the illusion, namely, to name just a few: judgment, blame, guilt, envy, resentment, hatred, and any desires for restitution from those who have wronged you, or for their punishment.
Love is Love. Within It there is no space for anything that is not in complete alignment with It, because in Itself it is already utterly complete. All sentient life is complete because it is Love, and there are no exceptions to this. All the negative judgmental and condemnatory aspects of the illusion, and the other aspects that are in concurrence with them, are unreal and cannot enter into Reality, the only state of existence. What is unreal remains forever unreal, unseen and unacknowledged by Love because it is absent, not present, not anywhere.
For eons holy ones, mystics, guides, and prophets have come among you to inform you of this, and for eons they have been ignored or misunderstood. Finally, however, awareness that conflict, hostility, hatred, and a desire or intent to punish wrongdoers or enemies is self-defeating and does not work is being acknowledged by large numbers of humans in all parts of the world. As a result, at the grassroots level, choices are being made to come together in friendship with those of different beliefs, cultures, nationalities, and lifestyles, to discuss and identify the many areas in which they have the same needs and desires, and to understand the differences between them that lead to conflict in order to resolve them for the benefit of all.
What is occurring all across your beautiful planet at this moment in your spiritual evolution is truly amazing. Suddenly, over a few decades, people, who lived in constant fear of those who were in any way different from themselves, are coming together respectfully to honor one another in peaceful dialogue and to learn to understand each other’s customs and lifestyles so that humanity may be healed. Love heals, and all across the world people are coming together with the intent to love and heal each other. The collective intent has been made to accept and honor one another without exception, and so it will be achieved. Yes, of course there will be backslidings, and errors will be made, but the collective intent to heal one another has been made, and so worldwide healing of enmities and disagreements will be achieved. Korte toelichting. Ik ben soms of eigenlijk niet te volgen maar dat komt nog. Alles op ZIJN TIJD. Wat ik bedoel met krijgt wat het verdiend leg ik nu hier voor u uit. Onder andere dit land wordt gerund door CRIMINELEN. Maar u bent het die dit tolereert en niemand anders. De daad kan niet zonder de dader vandaar de volgende opmerking dat een ieder in zijn of haar EIGEN KRACHT GAAT STAAN. Dat is voor een ieder individu verschillend. Niet iedereen kan de keuze maken die ik gemaakt heb. Met je gezin op straat komen te staan is ook geen oplossing. Dat is precies de reden dat men het op ouderen en GEZINNEN gemunt heeft. Het zal dus van mensen moeten komen die wel in staat zijn om hun nek uit te steken en anders wordt het helaas DIT VERHAAL…..

Human consciousness is an ongoing spiritual evolutionary process that you collectively chose to undergo, and to which there are no limits. Limits are boundaries that you built around the illusory environment that you inhabit as human beings but which you are free, individually, to dismantle or move beyond. More and more of you are realizing this and choosing to move through them to an awareness of the limitless possibilities that creation offers you in every moment. Those who do come to an awareness that in Truth you are completely free! As more of you open to this wondrous Truth and acknowledge it you enlarge the gaps in the field of limitations from small individual pathways to an immense and interconnected highway that all of humanity can and will use to depart the illusion
Passing out of the limiting environment in which you have spent eons seemingly controlled and restricted by unseen forces of enormous power, you awaken into an infinite field of unimaginably unlimited possibilities. This is what humanity is in the process of doing right now.
The worldwide chaos and confusion that is presently arising, is identified by humanity as an endless and enormous theater of operations in which global warming, tectonic plate shifts, extreme weather systems, interminable wars, unconscionable corporate and political corruption and greed are seemingly leading to an inevitable global catastrophe that will destroy the environment and most if not all of the life forms present on Earth including, of course, humanity. The problems humanity is facing appear almost insoluble.
This is not the case. What is happening is the removal of the blinders that hid from you the awareness of the interconnectedness of everything. As you start to see the interconnectedness of absolutely everything you cannot help also seeing the insanity of the way in which you have been attempting to live your lives separated from one another. Modern psychology has shown you that most people live ego-driven, that is fear-driven, lives in which each one appears to be the center of his own tiny universe, a universe on which the universes of others impinge causing pain and suffering for all. And much of that suffering is in fact the result of denied feelings that give rise to powerful emotions that are then projected onto others from whom they are reflected back whence they came, onto oneself.
Awakening is an opening to the awareness that all those seeming individual universes that humans appear to inhabit is in fact one fully integrated part of the infinite field of divine Love which is All That Is. A sensed or known awareness that there is no separation, that all are indeed One. God is the infinite field in which all of creation has its eternal existence in perfect harmonious cooperation where each and everyone lovingly honors and respects every other. There are no divisions, disagreements or conflicts because all recognize one another as one and the same, even though individuated and expressing themselves in an entirely personal and unique fashion. The differences are embraced with intense joy because they add magnificently to the ongoing creative intent, God’s Divine Will.
As you have been told so often, there is only God. Within the illusion you are limited by words and language and so you have many words for God. I use the word God here because it is familiar and comfortable for the channel who grew up in a religious and cultural environment that used, and still uses that word. You have to remember that words are but pointers with no intrinsic meaning, they are convenient indicators but unreal. I will continue to use that word purely for convenience, along with Source, Love, Divine Will, and the pronouns Him and Her, interchangeably. READ MORE

The bridge within us is becoming stronger and stronger and stronger. The old has less of a hold on us than we may realize and it’s time to keep moving as Light.
Remember that the old was just as experiment, it’s part of what we agreed to experience as a way to evolve our Consciousness. Is it shitty as hell, yup, in every way but the key is to keep feeling it all fully and become more conscious of it so that we can move on from it.
The ego feeds on the old and the trickiest thing is that we are not even fully conscious when we allow it. It’s been the only way to function and survive and so we have accepted it as normal.
Everything that is now happening to the body is changing everything. The body is morphing and shifting so that we can live differently, so that we don’t have the lack inside that feeds the ego, so that we don’t have the fear and protection mechanisms that keep us tied to the old loop cycles. Our whole DNA has to keep activating and this means every part of our body will be affected.
Breathe into this and just allow it.
We don’t have to fight it any longer.
We don’t have to understand it to open up to it.
We don’t have to prove what’s going on just trust.
Our LightBodies are miracle vessels that know exactly what to do and how to do it. We don’t have to Inter-fear anymore and make things harder on ourselves.
As we continue to focus on our breath, move in this synchronistic flow with the Divine, dance in unison with the cosmos everything becomes One again and we no longer live in separation or judgment anymore.
Can you open your heart and mind so wind to the unexplainable and inexplicable, the weird and the crazy, the New and the bold?
Can you bring yourself to a space where you can be fully relaxed?
Can you open yourself to everything still going on inside?
Can you melt as One with the purity of your Light?
Keep letting go and surrendering to the new flow.
