   This world will always be much more expansive and mysterious than we can ever imagined.

   There are a gazillion things going on in every moment.
   There are countless timelines being built right now and countless more collapsing simultaneously.

   Every potentiality exists at some level, every higher timeline and lower timeline will always exist but the difference is that each person gets to decide which one they need/want to experience at a Soul level.

   There will be many events that take place for every person and every collective that still believes that they need to to evolve. The more conscious we become individually the more conscious we become collectively and the more we consciously choose the higher dimensional timelines in the physical.

   Don’t get caught up in the “external” chaotic events, don’t get stuck in what other people are choosing or not choosing, don’t focus on anything other than your body and your reality and keep holding the highest potential at all times.

   Every emotion will be activated and triggered through many events and it’s important to keep honoring every emotion that comes up.

   When we choose to consciously feel every emotion with our bodies instead of our minds we support in the continual clearing of the lower realms and potentialities until all structures that held them inside dissolve completely.

   As the 3D constructs and realities dissolve within our physical body your whole reality will shift as well. Now this doesn’t mean that other people won’t be leaving in their own 3/4D realities because they will. This is a choice that every person has to make for themselves. The more we each remove the old structures within the further and further apart the old becomes until it’s not longer a physical reality that controls you.

   The 3D world exists for each and every single one of us for many different purposes and the more we each decide to no longer choose, allow it and accept it the less it controls us and the less we experience it.

   Allow yourself to open completely to every world, every reality, every potential, every emotion and beyond.
   We are in the midst of great and massive change but if we don’t open up to everything we may be caught up in it blinded to its purposes and drowned in our own emotional attachments.

   It’s no use anymore, there’s no need to try, fight, resist or convince yourself of anything.

   Just keep allowing yourself to be fully present and fully conscious of everything that will continue to unfold.

   ✨ The 7 layers of the energy body 💕 understanding yourself and your energy is so important. So much of why we suffer here is because we don’ t understand the energetic nature of ourselves and our reality. My hope is that I can share some of what I’ve learned with you and you can learn how to take control of your human experience.

   ✨ Everything has it’s own aura or energy field. An unseen spiritual energy field that surrounds all living things. Your energy body consists of seven auric layers, also known as bodies or planes. Each one represents something different. Think of them like the layers of the onion, with the middle being your physical body.

   ✨ Your aura or energy body is connected to the 7 energy centers of the body or the chakras. Each of these layers will vary in depth and size, depending on the person and where they are in their lives. In a healthy state, the entire aura can extend several feet and is very bright in color. In an unhealthy or weakened state, the auric field can be small and dull.

   ✨ 1st LAYER • ETHERIC

   The 1st layer is closest to the physical body. It represents the physical body, muscles, tissues, bones, etc. It is connected to the root chakra and is the easiest to see with the naked eye. This layer is usually stronger in athletes and those who are very active and weaker in those who lead a sedentary lifestyle or when immunity is compromised.

   ✨ 2nd LAYER • EMOTIONAL

   This is the 2nd from the physical body. It holds emotions and feelings and is connected to the sacral chakra. This layer of energy changes depending on how you’re feeling emotionally.

   ✨ 3rd LAYER • MENTAL

   The 3rd layer from the physical body is the mental plane. It holds thoughts, your cognitive processes and state of mind. The mental plane is connected to the solar plexus. It radiates the strongest around the head, neck and shoulders. When engaging in a creative activity, colored sparks can also be seen flowing from this layer.

   ✨ 4th LAYER • ASTRAL

   The 4th plane from the physical body is the astral. It carries energetic cords that we share with others. This layer of your energy body has a lot to do with your spiritual health and vitality. It is connected to the heart chakra and becomes stronger through loving, intimate relationships with yourself self and others.

   ✨ 5th LAYER • ETHERIC TEMPLATE

   This plane is the 5th from the physical body. It’s connected to your throat chakra. It represents the entire blueprint of the body that exists on the physical plane including your identity, personality and overall energy. Its also where you find your psychic abilities. Having a clear etheric plane helps you tap into energy and connect with people who are on a similar wavelength.

   ✨ 6th LAYER • CELESTIAL

   This plane is the 6th from the physical body. It’s connected to your third eye chakra. It contains your connection to the divine and higher dimensional consciousness. When strong, you may have the ability to communicate with the spirit world and receive angelic messages. This layer is charged up and becomes very strong when you exist in a state of unconditional love and oneness with all.

   ✨ 7th LAYER • CAUSAL

   This plane is the 7th from the physical body. It’s connected to your crown chakra. It contains your connection to the all. This layer of the energy body is what allows us to interact with the energetic net of all reality. It also holds all the information about your soul and previous lifetimes. When strong, it gives you the ability to surrender to the path of the divine and can help increase your psychic gifts.

Writers, musicians, actors, public speakers, painters etc as each industry begins to become flooded with the artificial mimic, churning out the non-organic content much faster than the human can create. Yet the human creations hold life force and true activation catalysts for the DNA.

   I’m deeply grateful for the friends and colleagues who continue to hold steady ground and love in these volatile times.

   My prayer is that every soul acting out of harm or hatred may awaken before being consumed by what they serve, because most of them don’t even realize what they’re serving. They believe they’re protecting themselves or defending a belief, when in truth they’re feeding systems that thrive on fear and separation.

   There is so much fear, trauma, and acceleration of energy on the planet right now. It’s pushing people to purge, to face their shadows, and to search for truth. It’s important to remember that the deep abuse and hostility so many of us are facing right now say far more about the attackers than about the ones being targeted. Many of these individuals are extremely damaged ~ some are connected to dark programs or mind-control systems that have fractured their perception of reality. Others are simply acting from deep pain and unresolved trauma.

   When they project hatred or accuse others of the very darkness they’re carrying, it’s their own wounds screaming for release. Understanding this doesn’t make it easier to endure, but it helps us stay anchored in truth and compassion rather than collapse into despair. Every day, we have to remind ourselves that their words do not define us. Each time we refuse to internalize their poison, we take back our energy and reinforce the frequency of love and sovereignty that they cannot touch.

   This is the heart of the spiritual battle unfolding on the planet, the choice to either replicate trauma or to transmute it through awareness, forgiveness, and higher truth. Even as we confront relentless attacks, we can hold space for the possibility that these souls may one day awaken from the distortion and remember who they are.
