Energy doesn’t lie but our unhealed wounds distort truth. Never ignore your first instinct just because it isn’t what you want to believe.
Each and every one of us is born with an internal guidance system, also known as our intuition.
It comes to us in different ways, whichever we are most receptive to;
• gut feelings
• dreams
• an inner knowing
• emotions
• mental images
• signs and synchronicities
• our environment
Whenever we receive this inner guidance if we can learn to observe the information we’re receiving to strengthen our ability to discern, we can make better choices in our personal and professional life.
Time and time again we ignore our instincts about people because we either lack trust in ourselves or we think we’re somehow the exception…. living in fantasy land!
How many times did you ignore your instincts about a person and they turned out to be exactly who your instincts told you they were?
Ignoring your instincts isn’t the wrong choice because I believe we always get the experience we need most at that time so there is always a profound lesson to be learned.
The more you learn to trust your instincts the stronger your instincts will become and eventually you won’t find yourself attracting experiences that resemble the old patterns.
Patterns will remain present until you break the cycle. To break the cycle you have to do what you’ve never done. If you always ignore your instincts then that becomes a pattern and you’ll keep attracting the same experiences until you break the cycle by trusting your instincts.
This one change will quite literally shift your timeline. Nothing changes if nothing changes. If you want a different outcome then you have to create it by changing the way you respond to the cyclical patterns that you’ve been stuck in.
Heal any beliefs you have that are rooted in lack so that your old unhealed wounds or programmed beliefs aren’t deceiving you into ignoring what you feel.
You will feel the truth about someone or something a lot sooner than you will ever see it.
Tune into your body. Get familiar with the language it speaks. Cultivate self trust.

Humankind were originally designed as earth guardians. People of the earth.
Our hearts and souls deeply embedded within all of creation. One with it. Everything was known as spirit. Beyond language.
We are meant to be the protectors. The Overseers.

They are reaching out, and INTO us, more than ever, now.
Feel their spirit essence when you connect with them. Feel their heart.
As we are meant to be guardians for them, they are ALSO guardians and teachers for US.
This carries out far beyond the illusory physical planes, into the realm of spirit.
