    * alhzeimers .. excessive aluminum in everything especially deodorant
    * autoimmune diseases .. the lessening of your immune system by chemically altering poisons and excessive antibacterials in thousands of things

    why did they have to come about?

    all are the purposeful reactions caused by the products and services initially sold as ‘safe’ 😢 by sick, twisted corporations, and backed by the likes of corrupt governments, financiers, pharmaceuticals and other assorted psycho industrialists, all who but have one single purpose:

    LIE like hell to you, convince you you’re ’less than’ unless you use their products, get you hooked on those products as they rake in the profits and keep you under their control

    Interesting take on the ego….

    Lower vs Higher Ego

    Ego is just a playable character in the video game of life. The player (consciousness) plays this character to interact with the game & other players.

    This “living” character is therefore a product of two influences:

    1) The player’s own personality & choices from outside the game.

    2) The character’s coding (nature) & environment (nurture) from within the game.

    By contrast, a non-playable character (NPC) has no player, so it’s entirely the product of coding & game environment. And it can function without a player thanks to its programming.

    Similarly, the ego operates on autopilot when spirit is absent. So the ego is really a programmed AI that we use as avatars to interact with this world and each other.

    This ego AI is shaped by many factors, only one of which is our conscious, knowing, volitional spirit & its higher (transpersonal) extension, i.e. the Higher Self or Oversoul.

    The other non-conscious factors include evolutionary biological programming, hormones, epigenetics, life experiences, social programming, repressed traumas & false beliefs that bind together into id/shadow complexes, and occult factor like astrology, discarnate entity influences, and karmic past life patterns.

    Both mix together in shaping the ego. So if someone doesn’t have a spirit, never introspects, or ignores spirit in favor of materialistic mundanity, their ego is mostly shaped by the non-conscious factors.

    This means there are two types of ego, or two halves to ego: the half shaped by spirit, and the half shaped by lower factors. So there’s a higher ego & a lower ego.

    The lower ego is really an artificial graft upon your true self. It’s a false self. Its values run counter to your spirit, because it’s a product of this world and not the higher realm your spirit hails from.

    Meanwhile, the higher ego is an expression of your authentic spiritual consciousness operating the best it can through this brain, body, and environment.

    If you don’t make this distinction between higher & lower ego, you’ll either:

    a) accept the lower ego as your true identity because “without ego, you can’t function in this world”, or

    b) eliminate the higher ego, because “ego is the false self.”

    Similarly, the “shadow” actually consists of two things:

    1) The positive unacknowledged parts of you, including higher spiritual impulses like intuition & your authentic potential yearning to be expressed but denied out of fear, distraction, or programming.

    2) The truly dark shadow aspects like the traumas and false-beliefs and negative entity influences subconsciously distorting your mental & emotional activity.

    So when people talk about balance, or integrating the ego & shadow, it’s important to differentiate between higher ego & lower ego, positive shadow & the dark shadow.

    Else by integrating the dark shadow, you’re binding with the false self, thereby diluting or corrupting your beingness. At best, acceptance in that case should entail admitting that they’re there, processing them, and removing or releasing them. This, rather than welcoming them as part of who you truly are.

    Drawing the line correctly between what actually is you & what isn’t you is the most difficult thing because it requires a great deal of introspection, intuition, self-awareness, honesty, humility, knowledge, and wisdom. And you can’t rely on social or religious programming either to draw that line for you. Like if modern Christianity says turn the other cheek, but your authentic nature is to vanquish injustice, then those are at odds.

    So if done right, you not only retain ego, but you sharpen it, honing it into a more authentic and capable instrument of spirit. And not just “the” ego, but specifically the higher ego.

    If you wish, you can indeed set aside all ego and become a passive instrument of higher divine intelligence (what Christians call the Holy Spirit) but you’ve then returned to the childlike Adam & Eve state instead of progressing toward spiritual adulthood.
