THE GROWING SPECTER OF CHINESE MEAT CONSUMPTION ☁ ☁
I have blogged often against fatuous “Vegan Victory” celebrations and parades to remind everyone that while meat consumption is temporarily down in the US, it is growing at staggering rates on a global level (see, for instance here and here). Particularly, I have tried to warn people that the world’s most populous and rapidly modernizing nations — such as China, India, and Indonesia — continue to expand their economies, develop Western-capitalist social-economic models, enlarge their populations, and dramatically increase their production and consumption of meat.
China continues to lead the way in posing grave ecological threats to the world and slaughter ever-more animals for consumption. I have emphasized the ambiguity of China, which is that as animal advocacy grows, so too does meat consumption.
In a major new and foreboding development, on May 29, meat producer Shuanghui International bought Virginia-based Smithfield Foods for nearly $5 billion dollars, in what many consider to be the largest Chinese acquisition of a US corporation in history. READ MORE

US Meat Tainted Says NFL, Issues Warning — Steroid Level So High in Beef It’s Causing Players to Fail Drug Tests
This article reveals how poor meat production is in the US, and as such, should be avoided, but also, to what extent the system goes to hide this from the people.

According to a report by the Associated Press:
The labeling law repeal, along with other controversial legislation such as CISA, was included within the omnibus spending bill that Congress passed late last month to avert a government shutdown.
Repeal became inevitable once the United States lost all its WTO appeals and the retaliation became a possibility. But the consumer groups criticized Congress for repealing the law for ground meat and pork in addition to the fresh cuts of meat that were the subject of WTO concerns.
The bill was “a holiday gift to the meatpacking industry from Congress,” complained the advocacy group Food and Water Watch. Meatpackers who buy Mexican cattle were some of the law’s most aggressive opponents.
The repeal also was a big defeat for lawmakers from northern border states where U.S. ranchers directly compete with Canadian ranchers.

Beyond the basics
Eventually the planet will separate into two versions of itself through vibration according toDolores Cannon.
One will remain in the lower 3D consciousness of fear and negativity as it is now, while a whole “New Earth” will be created of a 5D consciousness that will resonate with positive vibrations and awakening. In order to move into the 5d Earth, raising your vibration is one of the most important things you can do at this time.

We are multidimensional beings having a physical experience. Stuck energies may be lurking in a past life or a different dimensional existence. Here are some more advanced methods of raising your vibration:
1. Professional past life regression therapy – some past life energies are being brought up through patterns and are being cleared as we go. The most stubborn ones have been with us ever since that past (or future) life occurred.
Dolores Cannon’s QHHT method is a highly recognized form of healing through past life regression hypnotherapy. Toward the end of the session, the “subconscious” of the person comes in with healing energy to perform miraculous healings of physical manifestations of stuck energies.

2. Drumming – The rhythm of the drums can put you in a trance like state that moves the conscious controller (ego) out of the way to allow for dissonant energies to be vibrated apart. You may be able to find an ongoing drum circle in your area or you can start a drum circle of your own.
You can always fly solo if you want! You don’t always have to have a drum to join in. A tambourine, rattle, bucket, or any instrument of your choice that can be strummed or rhythmically tapped will do the trick.
3. Rainbow Meditation – When white light is refracted or separated it created a prism of colors. In your meditation, imagine a white light stream emanating from the center of the cosmos directly into your aura above your head.
Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body like an eggshell. As the light passes through the aura, it separates into a rainbow of colors that surround and penetrate your energy fields, including the physical body.
Imagine the brightest rainbow colors you have ever seen moving through you and cleansing everything. Dissonant energies have been described as muddy or murky darker colors. Imagine them being dissolved and what will be left is a shiny, freshly waxed “vehicle”.
4. Advanced diet therapy – As a person realizes that food has been used against humans to create diseases that fuel the Big Pharma industry, one of the first things that they do is review their diet and most likely detox with a cleanse.
A professional detox would involve finding a practitioner that would monitor you as you fasted for several days while hydrating your body in order to flush out the toxins in your gut and organs. You can research things to gently slough off these toxins from your intestinal walls agents like psyllium husks and natural cleansing supplements on the internet.
Our organs need cleansing as well. The kidneys and liver especially work overtime collectingMonsanto poisons, insecticides, and other harmful chemicals. The body creates fat cells that surround these toxins in order to shield you from harm, as it does not know what else to do with it.
Since everything is energy and has consciousness, you can talk to the consciousness of your cells and ask that the fat cells be removed once the toxins are flushed from your system. As far as creating an environment which vibrates at a healthy rate, it has been shown that cancer cannot exist in an alkaline rich body. Diet changes should be gradual as you do not want to shock your system, however there are immediate changes that can be made that will raise your vibration. Do not drink fluoridated waterfrom the tap and put your own love energy into the food and drink that you consume.
Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks and reduce your intake of sugar overall. Most important of all, pay attention to your body’s cravings and notice how it reacts when you eat certain foods.
Your body will tell you what it needs over any and all advice you could receive from someone else. When you eat something, does it make you feel happy and energetic, or does it make you feel sluggish and sleepy?
5. Holistic Medication analysis – It is best to receive professional medical advice in order to make changes in your prescription drug regime. As you begin to clear your body, you will want to cut out as many prescription drugs as possible.
Some of these drugs will need to be monitored like blood pressure pills, blood thinners, and anti depressants. Others such as heartburn relief can be quit altogether when changes are made in the diet and when the body begins to heal itself.
Listen to your body and of course, a holistic physician is the best choice because most general practitioners cannot fathom how the body can heal itself through raising its vibration.
6. Free will sovereignty – Free Will is a Universal Law that has been abused by those who have been trying to claim control over the planet for thousands of years. In some cases our free will has been outright stolen from us, thus violating Universal Law.
In most cases we have been tricked into making “free willed” choices that were not in our best interest and allow us to be manipulated and controlled. We are infinite creators and as such we have the right to be free from all contracts and promises made under duress or trickery.

7. Wake up with a positive attitude and remind yourself throughout the day to stay positive. You can re-program your brain by placing post it notes by your bedside, in your bathroom, in your kitchen, in your car, and at your workspace.
Try keeping a notebook or diary of all of the things in your life you can be thankful for, and at the end every day find something to write down. Gratitude is a very high vibrational concept and is often overlooked as a way to improve your mood and attract better things in your life.
8. Making Love – While there are many forms of “love” on the planet, sacred lovemaking (sex) between two people can raise your vibration.
By directing your orgasm energy to yourself or your partner rather than allowing it to be stolen, you are recycling energy rather than giving it away to unseen forces.
The following steps to recycling your expended orgasm energy was taken from Drunvalo Melchizedek’s book: The Ancient Secret of the Flower Of Life, Volume II
The moment you feel the sexual energy about to rise up your spine, take a very deep breath, filling your lungs about 9/10th full, then hold your breath.
Allow the sexual energy of the orgasm to come up your spine. But at the moment it reaches the fifth chakra (located just a couple of finger-widths above the sternum), with your willpower you must turn the flow of sexual energy 90 degrees out the back of the body.
It will then automatically continue inside the ankh tube. It will slowly turn until it passes exactly through the eighth (or thirteenth) chakra, one hand-length above the head at 90 degrees to the vertical.
It will then continue to curve around until it returns to the fifth chakra, where it began, only this time in the front of the body.
Even if you don’t understand what was just said, it will happen automatically if you get it started out the back of the body at the fifth chakra, and it will automatically come back around to the front of the body and reconnect at the fifth chakra. You just have to make it turn 90 degrees so that it begins.
It will often slow down as it approaches its point of origin, the fifth chakra. If you can see the energy, it comes to a sharp point.
When it approaches the fifth chakra from the front of the body, there is sometimes a tremendous jolt as it reconnects with this chakra again. All this takes place while you are holding your first breath.
The instant the sexual energy reconnects with its source, the fifth chakra, take in the full breath. You had filled your lungs only 9/10th full, so now you fill your lungs as completely as you can.
Now exhale very, very slowly. The sexual energy will continue on around the ankh channel as long as you are exhaling. When you reach the bottom of this breath, you will continue to breathe very deeply, but a change happens here.
It is here that, if you know the Lightbody work of the Mer-Ka-Ba, you would begin to breathe from the two poles using Mer-Ka-Ba breathing. But if you are like most people and don’t know this work, then continue to breathe deeply until you feel the relaxation begin to spread throughout your body.
Then relax your breath to your normal rate. Feel every cell becoming rejuvenated by this life-force energy.
Let this energy reach down into the deepest physical levels of your body structure even past the cellular level. Feel how this beautiful energy surrounds your very being and brings health to your body, mind and heart.
Once the relaxation begins, slow your breath down to a normal shallow breathing.
If possible, allow yourself to completely relax or even sleep for a while afterward.
9. Home vibration assessment – Your home environment can have a great affect on your vibration. Your partner or your family members’ vibrational level can have an impact on you.
One of the hardest things people who make an effort to raise their vibration sometimes have to do is to cut energetic cords to those we love that are negatively affecting us. The items in your house can also affect you.
The physical furniture placement as described in Feng Shui examines the energy flow in a home and harmonize it with its occupants. We have heard the saying “cleanliness is next to Godliness”, and many of us could lighten our load a bit by reducing the amount of excess things tied to us.
A very simple way to increase the vibration of a home is to let the sunlight in!
10. Connect to Earth on the ground level. “Earthing” is a very vital part of raising your vibration as we are made of Earth ingredients. It’s time to become child-like again and lie down in the grass, dirt, or sand.
Get a close up look at what the ground looks like at ground zero. Watch the bugs and examine the natural beauty of a flower. You can even immerse your body in dirt, water, mud, or sand. Walking barefoot is an excellent way to connect to the planet.
11. Daydream about the most beautiful place in the world. This will take you to a place that is just perfect for you where you can relax, feel safe, and spend some time with yourself.
It could be in the mountains, in the valleys, in a garden, or Oceanside. It is up to you, imagine yourself there and observe what it looks like, what it feels like, and what it smells like.
The imagination is a very powerful tool and can take you many places that are just perfect for you that will raise your vibration as you drift away from 3rd dimensional reality.
Healing through raising your vibration
Raising your vibration goes hand in hand with healing and clearing through the Law Of Vibrational Attainment. When the body’s cells vibrate faster, they expand and make room for more light. As we continue toward a higher dimension, the body will vibrate at such a high rate of speed that it will physically emanate light.
Negative energies such as radiation, cancer, and unnatural foods vibrate much slower than energies of love, joy, and live foods. These energies simply cannot exist in a higher vibrational body; they will dissipate or vibrate apart.
This is why doing things you love, making changes to your environment, and taking good care of your body will guarantee that you will be raising your vibration.
Mother Earth is helping
Planet Earth is a sentient being that has a symbiotic relationship with her inhabitants. As she raises her vibration it helps humans to reach a higher frequency.
By humans raising their vibration higher it gives her a new bench march with which to continue to raise her frequency. Eventually she will vibrate at a rate that will not be able to support lower vibrational energies and entities.
As the planet continues to make her shift into a fifth dimensional frequency, some people can feel the struggle that has manifested within our bodies in the form of ascension symptoms or emotional stress.
These are clues to help us remember how to consciously raise the vibration of our cells on order to keep up with the vibration of the planet. Clearing and balancing is required in order to clear the body and allow more photonic light into our cells, which will in turn raise our vibration.
One person can make a difference
When one person makes the effort to raise their vibration, it helps everyone on the planet. Humans are connected together by a consciousness field that is shared on a subconscious level. What one person does affects another person even if they are on different sides of the Earth through the hundredth monkey effect.
On an intimate scale, if one person raises their vibration it affects the water of the people around them. The human body is energy vibrating at a certain frequency. It is also made up of water, which has been shown by Dr. Masaru Emoto to conform to the energy that influences it.
This means you will affect those in your household and neighborhood, and with conscious attention you can spread your vibrations through your state, country, planet, solar system, galaxy, and beyond!
An urgency is being felt across the planet to “be the change that we want to see”, and luckily there are many great methods that will manifest this. Advanced methods of raising your vibration can guarantee the reduction in sickness and depression when followed with heartfelt intention and practice.
It may seem like it is a losing battle to eat right and avoid the dangers we face in our environment. All of that is an illusion that can be transcended through raising your vibration.
While some people are leaving the planet through illness, others are appearing to look younger and have a certain glow about them.

It’s clear that there’s a lot of evil in the world, and it’s easy to get dismayed at our society’s current condition. Sometimes, we’re hit with the world’s ills when we least expect, and centeredness can be difficult when we try our best and still can’t get past all of the negativity and drama.
We only need to look around to see that our world’s broken. It seems difficult for most people to find lasting happiness, and while a corrupt, self-obsessed elite continues to blow the planet to smithereens for personal profit, most ‘common’ people struggle with negative, selfish and uncaring tendencies that keep us from a new world just as much as the elite’s crimes.
We’ve forgotten how to treat each other as fellow humans who are trying to survive and create a life worth living. We’ve forgotten that we’re all reaching for the same goals – to live, to enjoy life, and to do it with as little conflict or turmoil as possible. Some people create conflict out of thin air that others are forced to respond to, and they do it out of a lack of self-love, which fuels their anger and their ability to love or respect others.
We need to change the way we function as a society, and when we understand the things we’re all doing – not just the elite, but the common man too – we won’t just want to make external changes. It’s understandable that so many people want to change the outer world and bring an end to division, hatred and uncaring, and this is why people have embraced activism throughout the ages, but it’s incomplete if it isn’t accompanied by personal change.
Personally, our world’s condition (and the condition of our collective consciousness) has saddened me on more than one occasion. For me, this isn’t just about the corruption in our governments or big corporations – it’s about the mindsets, attitudes and behaviors of each individual, because we’re all responsible for our planet’s condition. The elite have only gotten away with their crimes because we’ve been too divided and complacent to do anything about them, and the condition of the common man concerns me just as much as corporate or government corruption.
Dethroning the elite might give us some temporary changes, but they won’t last if we can’t change as individuals. Any positive or progressive societal changes we make will be fleeting if we still have division in our minds and hatred in our hearts, and until we can change, we’ll never make any societal changes that last. Amazingly, there is one thing that nearly every single item inside of a typical grocery store has in common – they are all produced by just 10 international corporations.
The companies include Nestle, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Danone, General Mills, Associated British Foods, Kellogg’s, Mars, and Mondelez, and each of them employs thousands of people and profits billions of dollars in annual revenue. Below is a breakdown of each of these global corporations and what it is that they produce:
Kellogg’s
With a 2016 revenue of $13 billion, Kellogg’s is perhaps best known for cereal like Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, and Corn Pops. However, most people are unaware that Kellogg’s also owns brands like Eggo, Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Nutri-Grain, and Vanilla Wafers.
