Your DNA IS EVOLVING from two helixes to twelve helixes. These twelve helixes correspond to energy centers, or chakras, inside and outside of your body. Millions of you on the planet at this time have agreed to carry the frequency to accomplish this. Handfuls of you are becoming impeccable, and these handfuls are affecting the others. These twelve spiral strands of DNA interact with one another in the body and outside of the body. Q1: If new Ascension scenario for 4D means staying on Planet Earth, does that mean she doesn’t get to ascend to 5D sooner? Previously, 5D were supposed to remain on Planet Earth, meaning she was supposed to be 5D?
A: Gaia, at the end of 2017 will change her core to the 5D “ will ascend ”, and will complete her ascension in 2024 [complete her full 5th Dimension],, this means that the 4D layer will remain from 2017 to 2024, [this period which all people of 4D will be prepared to reach the 5th D in 2024].. so in this period there will be 2 density of vibrations 4D&5D..
The 4th Dimension will stay only to 2024,,, and after that Gaia will include [5th,6th and 7th Dimensions ]..
Even in the previous scenario of the 5D, Gaia will enter the 5th Dimension in 2017, but the people of 5th D will stay with her,, but in the new scenario the people of 5th Dimension will move to another new earth 5th D..(Not with Gaia), but people of 4th Dimension who will be with Gaia in 5th Dimension after 2024 + many of light beings from other planets as immigration whom will inhabit this 5th D earth …

A: the meaning of the core of earth is not her Heart Core “The Agarthans” but her physical core ,, and the agarthans are 5th Dimension since thousands of years …This means that changing her core is changing the chemical composition of her physical body to the 5th D vibrations..

A: the deadline of March 2016 is from Gaia to the light forces” she put this time as a deadline in order for her to have enough time to change her core slowly,, and not at one time… because if the event delayed until 2017, there will be a strong impact on her physical body, which will cause a huge geological changes &natural disasters, and in turn will affect badly the human beings..
It is a critical situation for both sides… so from Gaia point of view, she needs time to make the changes smoothly,, and from the Light forces side, they agree with Gaia in this issue, but they have barriers still to trigger the event , and if they trigger the event before the stability of everything on earth , this will cause a huge Chaos..
And the meaning that Gaia placed a deadline of March is to rush them to move, but she is not ordering them …
Both sides are trying to make it easy on people,, and make it happened before March 2016.. So the question here “if there is a possibility for the event not to happened at that time..?? Yes if there are big circumstances prevented this.

The second amplification wave of 2016 completes on April 20. As mentioned before, that will be the end of cave time for many Wayshowers and first embodiers. Take advantage of the next two weeks. Enjoy the deep reconstruction of the RESURRECTION PHASE. Do the inner work that has presented with this latest amplification; photonic frequencies always raise what needs to be removed in order to ascend your consciousness. Surrendering to Divine Will and the work, the new, the next, with an open heart is necessary for embodiment. Yes, the visions, experiences and sensations are getting other-worldy. Enjoy the lifting of the veils; let yourself bathe in the experience, it only happens in this way here on Gaia.
Some Intel worth Repeating
Many have asked about darkness and the apparent chaos unfolding. Goodness there has been enough intel for the past few years saying this was going to happen – and that it has nothing to do with the higher reality. Watch the puppet show if you want to be entangled with that program, however much is going to shift this year as the collective chooses the new, the next. Understand that from the embodiers perspective, we see that is just the old shadow of 3D playing out – and has nothing to do with what we are accomplishing with unity consciousness. Let folks play out their games, and anchor yourself to the higher Ascension timeline. Now.
Many will Transition
Gatekeepers saw many transitioning this year, and that is unfolding each week. It is what it is, Beloveds. There is no judgment on whether your body can handle the light. It is a Solar consciousness embodiment and that means the heart center is especially vulnerable. This is why we spent so much time preparing, clearing, training ourselves to interface with our bodies and calm it when the light gets stimulating. Parent your body vehicle, talk it through the weirdness when the uber-blasts take hold of it.
The vibration is not going to step down. Bizarre (and often uncomfortable) symptoms are what they are; be present with the changes and never ignore an intuitive or body-motivated push to rest, move, anchor, or change your path completely. You know what is occurring. Be in your spiritual maturity and Mastery with this part of the journey, Beloveds. No force is out to get you, it is just the intensity of Divine Love. And for many, true Divine Love is an unfamiliar sensation. True Divine Love is not blissy, spun-out, ungrounded stuff. It has a mission, and in our service to the Ascension, we are becoming conduits of this pure light.
Our bodies and consciousness are revealing alignment or misalignment in each moment. For some, the body is not willing to go the full route. It is not an easy ride. Many will drop body this year, we have already revealed that. Pay attention to the highest possibilities, honor your brothers and siSTARs who have chosen to dis-incarnate and let the rest be.
Excerpts from The Intensity of Divine Love
We have included parts of a message from 2014 (in italics below) as a gentle reminder of what is unfolding. You are learning what pure Love truly feels like, and what is does to lower vibrations. Photonic light dissolves lower vibrations, and we see that occurring on the planet right now. If you focus on the lower vibe dissolvement, you will be sucked into its demise. As your vibration rises, all of your focus goes to the higher light. By staying in the heart and not getting sucked into worry, drama, judgment, or the past, you automatically join the millions actively co-creating a higher reality, which burns off the lower vibrations more rapidly. Hear this, learn this: Put all of your focus on bringing in, creating, and embodying the Christ/Unity consciousness and the lower reality will burn away more quickly. Parent your thoughts and your process with patience, compassionate detachment and grace.
Get out on Gaia often where the codes are flowing freely through the newly activated Solar grids and HUman heart grid. The only block between you and those activations/leveling up is your Lower consciousness. We are making the Christed state available to everyone, however it is your individual conscious choice to do the work and embody the New Light. That is the free will principle in action; no more control, no more manipulation of your personal journey – it has to be your choice to experience the old paradigm, as well as the new one.
Some asked about feeling stuck or held back; that is simply cave time. I had a beautiful Gatekeeper experience yesterday as thick clouds miraculously cleared in a giant open circle around the Gate on the mountain. All is well. Nothing blocks a pure conduit. Remember the So it is principle; Magnetics are heightened, so may I suggest focusing on raising the Christed light rather than fighting darkness.
The Intensity IS Divine Love
While the ascending collective has a responsibility to receive, anchor and engage with these new light frequencies, the physical sensations can become intense and sometimes distracting. If you have been following this journey for a while, you know that the consistent message is *the energies will not be slowing down*. Rather, they will be steadily increasing to raise the vibration of our current collective reality and assist ascension initiates in profound ways. Gridworkers may feel like they are on a bumpy plane ride as we assist in magnetic balancing; Gatekeepers may have the elevator-rushing-to-the-top-floor sensation as we merge with our Higher Teams in conduit work. Masters, we are leveling up faster than ever. Try not to overthink the new intuition; it feels different as our perception aligns with the New Higher Self. Be a conduit, loosen up the mind and align with the heart.
When we serve as reflections of the higher realms of consciousness by sending them Divine Love, Divine Light, and request Divine Will be done, we serve as conduits for Divine Intervention. We utilize free will principles by sending Divine intent to Source, our I AM Presence, Higher Self, and divine aspects. When we send this Lovelight to our higher levels, we grant permission for our prearranged ascension contracts to fully activate. It is our active participation in becoming true creators – Divine HUmans – which calls forth the accelerations of the Shift in consciousness. As more of us step into this alchemical mastery, the more intense the clearing of the old shadows of the past paradigm becomes.
The intention of these current energies is to reveal what is true in the new light, to activate dormant areas of the brain, new DNA, higher communication systems and the multidimensional operating systems to support them. It is fascinating to experience what used to be theory and predictions. The ascension process is accelerating exponentially now. It continues to be unique as our true self merges with the physical self. For me, there is a keen awareness of the deep recalibrations occurring in my physical vehicle in order to keep up with my consciousness. I know the physical needs a tremendous amount of support as I expand and attune my perception to the new light. The day-to-day integrations are unpredictable; some revelations and activations are instantaneous, while others take rest and nurturing to process properly and become the new norm.
Divine Love Intensity: More than we could fathom
These intense levels of light activate gateways which were planted (holographically) as possible options for our experience. Our future Self, now present Self, and Higher Teams planned for best-case-scenario. We knew we would have to honor free will. We knew we would need help recovering from our spiritual amnesia. We knew that no other off-world or dimensional collective, no star family, master or guide would be allowed to interfere with this mastery journey of ascension. We planted metaphoric clues to assist in remembering what we are here to achieve, until we merged the higher and lower self. The Higher Self, the future self which now becomes present, creates the conduit for Presence (Source) to facilitate Divine Love.
As our skills intensify, we become channels and conduits for new levels of love. These new levels of love may not feel like the flowing, compassionate, blissy levels of love we often experience during this ascension process. We are feeling in the physical what pure Source Light Intelligence feels like and what it is capable of. It systematically removes density and lower level thought forms, programs, memories, and distortions from our personal and collective realities.
Those who have attained and maintain that level of consciousness will begin to feel the more intense aspects of Divine Love. In the old light, Divine Will was interpreted as a crushing, slash-and-burn vengeance by the Godhead. In the new light, we fully comprehend the through-line of this intention of highest interests of all concerned. The light does not choose, it is autonomous in its mission of harmony. You may find an intense quest for harmony showing up in your personal lifestream, as a reflection of what is occurring on a global level.
While there is a bit of struggle in those choosing to perpetuate disharmony, this is not a concern of higher levels of love. Use this as your litmus test for where you are in your process. The teachings of detached compassion and unconditional love demonstrate the difference between judgment and discernment, between separation and highest interests of all concerned. Feel the difference, understand the mechanism of Divine Love straight-from-Source.
Many feel compassion for those who made lower vibrational choices in the Earth plane. Perhaps you feel the feet-to-the-fire dynamic as the light intensifies. All is well, and I encourage any being in service to disconnect from the lower dimensional shadow of the old paradigm, especially during these revelation gateways. There is so much to be discovered in your personal journeys. Many are seeing and feeling their new true role in the Shift. Some are remembering the higher-level architectural work of designing disclosure, financial resets, and new systems. Let it present or let it be; those designs are in play for the least amount of drama possible.
As the new light activates on a global scale, you may notice mainstream efforts to trigger the truth speeding up. These are attempts to balance cosmic karma as the squeeze of Divine Love intensifies. The new DNA resonates at the level of Divine Love and Divine Will. It is the true HUman genome, and is accessible to anyone who chooses to raise their consciousness, prepare the physical vessel and open themselves as a conduit of pure intention to serve. It is an untouchable vibration of consciousness which cannot be affected by lower vibrations.
My Personal Process
While I feel obligated in service to address the collective’s concerns about intensity and what is unfolding this year, I AM also guided to share the vivid expansion of my personal process, after these last days of cave time are complete. Take advantage of the last of this inner-work energy, Beloveds. We will be thrown out of the cave at the end of the month, and a massive wave of service/creative energy will reveal – and support – the Wayshowers in a new light. Be prepared, drop what does not serve. Let go of any judgment energy and be in Divine neutrality as this month presents the New Self.

Preparing for the Third Wave and Timeline Shift ~ Sandra Walter – Creative Evolution

Our third wave of 2016 will be very significant to our Ascension process. There is much light intel presenting for this particular Gateway, here are the details.
Timeline Shift: Over the last few months the intel has been reminding us about the timeline possibility available in September. The strongest wave of Light in decades is about to enter our realm, and it brings pre-agreements set in place, by us, to make a choice between acceleration or a steady unfoldment.
These collective timeline splits have occurred several times throughout the Shift. Typically these decisions are in the hands of Gatekeepers and the Galactics; we review how the collective is doing, what they can handle, and adjust accordingly. Now that there are so many awakened, so many engaging with Ascension practices and heart-based patterns, the acceleration can be more dramatic. However, it must be a conscious choice of the High-vibe Tribe to accelerate the Ascension timelines. We need to choose before the wave enters in September, because the light will be encoded properly for the experience we choose.
As a Gatekeeper and Liaison for this intel, I ask everyone to choose their experiences wisely, because the next wave also presents a timeline split – a division of experiences of Ascension. We always have unique-to-you experiences in this realm, because you are Creator-In-Carnate, however a division is presenting and we have the chance to shift everyone to a more expanded, heightened experience of Divine Love as the Ascension unfolds upon Gaia.
There are two main timeline possibilities presenting for the September Gateways:
1. An accelerated Christed Ascension timeline which will speed up the process and prepare a greater number of souls for the 2017 dimensional shift. This involves accelerated clearing, full disclosure and heightened embodiment experiences for those participating in Ascension.
2. An Ascension timeline (they are all Ascension timelines at this point) which steadily allows for collective unfoldments (slower rate, less Divine intervention). This may be frustrating for many awakened however a good learning tool for patience and collective action.
Gateways, like timelines, have always been about possibilities; opportunities of us to accelerate/level up or keep the steady pace of the Shift. Conscious actions of many awakened Lightworkers have continually leveled up the collective by proxy, raising the bar through Gatework, Gridwork, and the constant Global and personal activity of heart-based Ascension practices. The first two waves of 2016 knocked many Lightworkers off balance, and many are absorbed in their own experience of the physical. If your intention is Unity Consciousness, it is time to reunite with HUmans however you can and spread the Lovelight you have Mastered. Do this in alignment with the New Light; repeating old light habits or creations will feel like madness.
How to choose the higher accelerated timeline for all:
– Align all of you words, deeds, actions, thoughts with Love. Learn this Now and practice it each moment.
– Revisit your Ascension practices and keep the Soul-Spirit-Form trinity fully engaged with its Christed embodiment.
– Avoid emotional entanglement with the lower timeline activities (media, politics, financial issues, emotional triggers, etc.) Care, but don’t carry.
– Galactic Council members: Bring this up in your meetings, renegotiate your contracts to align with the acceleration, assemble your Teams and ask for their full support of the accelerated timeline. (Take note of who resists – that can be telling.)
– Get out on Gaia and co-create with her and your fellow Humans. Call forth the unfoldment of the accelerated timeline. This is a Gatekeeper practice for when timeline splits present; call forth the higher reality to reveal itself to all. It already exists as a possibility, now we light-ground it into this reality with our creations.
– Use your crystals, meditate, dance, sing, tone, create, open your Christed portals, open your DNA, clear the land and grids, light this planet and the HUman heart grid up daily. If called to travel, or work on a specific area before the wave, heed that call.
– Reflect the higher experience; what does it feel like, what do you do on the accelerated journey? Take a look and align your activities, emotions and thoughts with that reality.
– Speak your Truth and be kind to all. It is a highly charged passage as this wave enters. Stand in your Mastery as the sovereign, humble, blessed being you are. Keep centered and clear of the lower entanglements; no judgment, no doubt, no fear.
There is a great amount of heart activation available. Excitement is in the air. The higher realms bless us, however the collective timeline choice must be made by those with aspects in form.
Triple Eclipse Portals: Triple eclipse portals of August 18 (lunar), September 1 at 2:01am PDT (Solar), and September 16 at 11:54am PDT (lunar) assist in bringing in these collective consciousness-shifting energies. Treat them as Gateway influxes; open your portals, open yourself to receive. Gaia consciously monitors and responds to your thoughts, creations and emotions. Show her what we desire, ask her (verbally – use your voice) to release the codes and frequencies to level up the Tribe and provide the accelerated experience.
September 9th – 11th; Initial Wave Entry: The Third wave begins to trickle in September 9th – 11th. Most of you can feel it building already, it is already affecting the SUN with its powerful frequencies. Solar plasma will be greatly affected, which affects Gaia’s magnetics, activating (very) ancient codes for the dimensional shift. This is a big push for the accelerated timeline of Ascension. It does not happen without our command, our intention, and our ability to take (immediate) action on creating the Shift.
September 22 Equinox: The Equinox lands on September 22 at 7:21amPDT. This is the Gateway opening for the new level of consciousness. Honor it properly, be outside on Gaia as much as possible. The SUN and Gaia will have a strong bond during this Gateway, and our intentions for balance, peace, harmony and Ascension will be greatly amplified.
September 26 -29: Our Third Wave of 2016. This is our strongest influx in decades. Be excited, let’s do it right! These photonic frequencies further accelerate the activity of Ascension and will continue to flow in for several weeks. You may have noticed the Light does not step down in between waves any longer. This is a good thing; we are able to maintain higher levels of light without integration periods as in the past. Each wave this year has raised the light level dramatically, and accelerated the Ascension. The purging, revelatory activity continues to build to compliment Source’s command for order, harmony and Ascension.
By the time this wave hits, we will have collectively chosen the acceleration opportunity. I feel we are capable of experiencing an acceleration without too much duress, or at least we are prepared to assist the collective properly. Blessings Beloved Light Tribe,
Yet another higher frequency entered yesterday, open your hearts to its transformational light. Feel into its calming effects, it’s like a light spa; let it wash away the turbulence of last month’s timeline shift. We learn to be responsible creators of our future trajectory right here, right now, in our moment by moment choices. Let this light comfort and rejuvenate you, Beloveds. Your realities are becoming much more mulitdimensional, and with that come anomalies, phenomena and sensations of expansion that are brand new to our collective – and personal – experience. Do you see how unified we are with this unfoldment, beloved Ascension Tribe? I do hope you can appreciate the experience of becoming one with all that is.
The Last Seal is Gone
Gatekeeper and Gridworkers involved in the removal of the last seals completed that task prior to the third wave. The entire operation was brilliant and intense, Beloveds. In brief, this affects political structures, the Divine role the US has in Ascension, the Melchizedek order, the collapse of old timelines, clemency scenarios, the removal of negative Atlantean tech tied to DNA lineages, and activation of brand new crystalline levels. Much has been on the bargaining table since August, as this wave’s effects were anticipated to be the most powerful to date. That’s all I can reveal at the moment about this splendid multifaceted operation.
Thank you to every Pacific Rim Gridworker who found themselves called to the East coast and Europe in September. The grand clearing through the old Atlantean vortexes after the wave entered allowed the accelerated timeline to fully anchor. It also involved the removal of blockages to the global Ascension process, so expect to feel a more refined level of light. This wave, like the previous two, continues for months. Technically it is a Galactic stargate, and many of you are having Cosmic visions of going through the Gate. As always, these are evolutionary changes to our consciousness, and we stay present with the energies as our embodiment accelerates.
Purity, Take Command
Personally, my state of consciousness is expanding into a state of purity that makes it difficult to write all of this down. As I merge with Higher levels of light, the experience of oneness is taking over. Ironically, it provides consistent visions, intel, council meetings and a wider range of races (lots of new faces to learn); all of those beautiful encounters and experiences we love to share in this Tribe. I AM experiencing a new level of liaisonship as the veils drop between us. Mount Shasta was a great training ground for interdimensional communications, and this journey to the crystalline Ark has been profound. There is so much more to all of us than we realize.
Kindwhile, I will be in Boulder, Colorado next weekend. Saturday, October 15 is our Full Moon Gateway (one of our dates from the 2016 download list, hearts up). Lauren Galey is creating a gathering, please help her out if you have space and Tribe in the area. Everyone is exhausted, however laughter, hugs and collective sharing are good medicine.

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe
This timeline split is one of the more interesting projects I have worked on. The affect on my consciousness and experience is profound; it is another passage of I will never be the same as the lower self continues to fade.
The New Template of Self reveals the New Temple of the Divine Self
Resolving the Destroy this temple and I will rebuild it in three days metaphor unfolds in our realities on a global scale. It takes patience to integrate and comprehend this latest upgrade of consciousness. Instant integration is still true for some frequencies, however leveling up changed with the timeline split, which is still in progress.
The recommendation for rest, meditation in the stillness, and maintaining a calm center remains essential. Personally I spend most of my days in lengthy meditative states, hours of Gatework training with the Cosmic Stargates, and just BEing in the stillness, bearing witness to my body and consciousness leveling up. Many dreamtime visits with the Tribe as well; thank you for the lovely emails when you see me.
Purification of the timelines is reflected in our lifestreams; with the spiritual upgrade comes responsibility, Beloveds. Time dynamics are shaken, magnetics shift to accommodate the influx, and the HUman heart grid is lit up by the activation of the embodiers. Visions can surprise us; you may see Gaia disappear. Breathe, it’s just the transformation to a higher version of her.
The cosmic dream shifts, adjusting the hologram to accommodate pure Solar Christ consciousness. We are recapturing the essence of the SUN, which is a Divine Feminine operation. The opening of the Seventh Gateway is reflected in our fractal of Self. Your crowns may be activating (widening feels like the top of your head is missing, cranial expansion, piercing high-frequency tones) to welcome this into your fields. The full activation of the 13th DNA strand of Christ Consciousness reflects the Thirteenth Aeon, and the return of the Feminine aspect of Source to her Ascended state, purified and released from the density of chaos. This is what is unfolding at an accelerated rate with this timeline adjustment; it is resolving many layers of experiences for full unification.
For many the Cosmic Mother frequency is an unfamiliar energy; it shifts the old concepts of the Divine Feminine into a direct experience of what the crystalline state is truly about. Multiple things are happening simultaneously; it is best to stay very present with yourself in order to experience the alchemical marriage of Presence. Rest and stay hydrated to fully integrate the New.
Supportive Practices for the New Template
The dropoff of uncomplimentary timelines (including synthetic blockages to the Ascension) has a reverberating effect on the higher timelines. Moments (or days) of suspended animation, time-standing still sensations, time racing by, thinning veils, all of these are vibrational side-effects. The strongest effect is the release of energetic support for uncomplimentary creations. This applies to all of us, beloveds.
The photonic light delivery system for Divine Will is powerful. All activities which support Self-will over Divine Will are getting hit hard. Take note if this is presenting in your lifestream and do the good work to align with Unconditional Love. As always, when we clear and align ourselves with Mastery, we accelerate the collective journey.
Mastery Practices to assist the Path
For one week, speak nor write any judgment, complaint or ill will about anything or anyone, even about yourself. Try it for a week if you have not done this, starting … Now. Gentle heart-based communication amplifies peace and exposes our Higher Self perspective. The habitual impulse to complain, blame or critique – even in jest – reveals our negative habits, insecurities and wounds. Breathe and use that moment to align with highest intent, clear the fear, and forgive.
Then create solutions which reach the proper ears if there is a true problem. This also assists with rewiring neural pathways and sharing in more transparent, heart-based and direct ways. Vulnerability and kindness demonstrate true strength. The pure alchemy of Mastery is a frequency; aligning with that frequency changes the way you communicate. You may notice this when communing with higher-level beings. It takes practice to Master this heart-opening skill.
Take the Higher Timeline: Be the Presence in every situation and demonstrate Divine Neutrality of Love. If something really needs to be said in the moment, use discernment language and gently suggest solutions. Be the Peacemaker. Raise the light level in every situation, thought form, or emotional construct within and without. Forgiveness and compassion are always the higher road to 5D.
Gratitude Stream: A powerful tool to utilize in tandem with Forgiveness and Nonjudgment. Examples in the free tools section. Empower yourself and write a few of your own, it is a very freeing exercise.
Highest Intention: Re-Heart your highest intent often, to avoid being pulled into creating lower intentions. Ask yourself: What is the highest, brightest most complementary thing I can create in this moment to assist the Ascension? What act of love may I perform in this now moment? Try radical self-love, creative time, random acts of kindness, or acts of service.
Show Gratitude for Your Endurance: Take note of your capability to adjust to these new realities as they unfold. Thank Source and your Soul for going through this experience awake and aware.
Cosmic-level Patience and Perspective: This particular type of Ascension is a big multidimensional operation. Dissolve waiting game programs by connecting with your Highest Self. All is unfolding in the highest interests due to those in service; do the good work when you feel impatient, triggered, or doubtful. Mastery is Innocence and Maturity at once.
Pliable Reality: Stay flexible. During intense periods of change, we surrender rigidity about what reality is or is not, what we are capable of, what is unfolding, etc. Do yoga, stretch, walk in nature, breathe, stay internally flexible to support external change.
Devotion and Faith: Golden Keys to this unique Ascension. As devotional distortions of the old paradigm fade, our faith in each other and Source remains. Through the path of the heart, all is naturally revealed to the lower self. As you merge with your Higher Self, the expansiveness of Divine Love and alignment with Divine Will becomes your primary service, and reveals how to express that service in the world.
Honoring the Sacred Fire: As the sacred fires of purification continue to amplify, remember that pure offerings to the fire come back as pure spiritual empowerment. The boomerang effect of the magentics are strong right now, which is assisting the global purification. This light reaches all fractals of the One. Feed the Solar fire amplifying within your Heart with purity as the embodiment vibration arises.
The Easter Cathedra
The dynamics of the Cosmic Stargate are scalar in nature; energy fields intersect, creating an opening for higher light. It is a Divine Feminine doorway to Source, similar to your own Christed Heart center. The Gates for SUNday’s Easter influx are open. We utilize the collective celebration of spirit to create the Cathedra effect (many pillars stand as One), which welcomes in a unique blessing for the Lightworkers.
The Cathedra effect unifies the HUman heart grid and is implemented through Gateway events and Global meditations. Many groups are moving their meditations to SUNdays to amplify this effect. We love you, we bless you, we thank you! These meditations strengthen the Ascension timelines by raising the light-level to (very) uncomfortable levels for anything unaligned with Unconditional Love. Meditation also assists with integration of these much higher frequencies, pure DNA activation, recalibration of realities, and removal of the flotsam of the lower timelines, both globally and personally.

Beloved Ones,
It is during this loving but intense month of May, that Planet Earth is finally beginning to merge with its 5D body, which until recently was just another possibility, for it all depends on the course we, as a collective, take. It has not been easy, to summon our hearts as One in order to create a massive frequency alignment impact – powerful enough to diverge from the old 3D Earth and finally anchor our new frequency into a Higher Resonance Octave of Love. For every time we take a decision on our soul evolutionary journey, we create infinite new timelines, New Earths, new possibilities of where to dwell, and it takes constant devotion to our God Self and All, to hold – always – a higher frequency to help All, ascend into this new cosmic dimension.
At a cosmic level, during this transitional time, some are experiencing many challenges from both an inner perspective and a physical one. For even if many believe this transition to be an “easy” one – as some people tend to think they are already dwelling in 5D – the ones who hold clarity, know the process of clearing our ancestral/karmic/alien baggage, is not precisely an effortless one. As a stabilizer, I have been deeply impacted by these intense frequencies. It was not easy to remain balanced among all the collective chaos with many other challenges arising, as we evolve.
As we keep bifurcating from the Old 3D Earth, we are not simply experiencing a quantum leap between different dimensions, but the conscious retrieval that some of us are intentionally making, of reconnecting with our original Adamic DNA codes, to manifest the true potential of our human race, before it was manipulated and distorted.
This is a very profound topic, but I AM sure many of you are familiar with our true origin. The many physical sensations that we are feeling, the deep cleansing and release of all the old implants and beliefs, is very challenging, but essential to cause this deep physical and inner transformation, required to regain our original crystalline stellar wisdom. To me, May goes beyond the manifestations of our soul visions in the physical. For this month holds the potential and the proper frequencies for us to begin awakening that which was shut down eons ago.

Have courage and share as much as you can with your beloveds regardless of their ill perceived religious dogma. I suggest you don’t hammer it down! , this only creates resistance having the opposite effect. Share it and leave “space” for your friends and family to come forward when prompted in their own time. You’ve completed your mission as “ground crew” here, so leave it until they come to you sparking their interest asking for more.
As this Grand Shift draws near more and more anomalies will take place, people will show signs of impulsiveness and may even have a psychotic break. As a Lightworker and Starseed it will be impossible to answer every call for help when Critical Mass has arrived, so its up to ALL of us to prepare as many of our beloved fellow human’s as much as we can now while there is still time. This is imperative to the future of humanity.

As the Shift comes to a climax, according to your genetic code some of us will see the walls in our homes “shimmer” and a portal will open up giving us the opportunity to walk right through, this is the time of remembering and you’ll know what to do at that moment. This is what “the”y are fighting over in places of the leylines like Egypt and Iran the former Babylon! Us humans are encoded with our Mother Earths Stargates and this is the why we have envy form the malevolent ET’S. The Angelic Human genome is a coveted prize! TRANSCRIPT: Archangel Michael – 2016. Final Phase of Human 5D Ascension.
Dear Family of Light you are living in unprecedented times. The period from September to December 2016 was the most important and energetic period in the human history, because the third matrix has come to its end, and the beings that resonate with it are in for an extreme awakening, as they move from 3D to 5D in a very short lineal time period. This is the time written of old when great changes are coming to the Earth and its beings, as the old outmoded system gives way to something new and better, Ascension, is the natural and normal transformation from one physical reality to a completely new one. Thousands of beings are waking up every day now, seeing how they have been duped by beings with a controlling agenda designed to steal all sentient conscious energy. Many are starting to become aware for the first time, that 3D is not the only reality, and started their search for these new realities as more beings wake up as the amount of Light on the Earth increases. The changes here will become much more physically noticeable. Many of you came to Earth as angelic forerunners, already aware of the grand plan we all created, and you have been speaking messages about the great changes, and giving advanced warnings to the ones who have been slumbering for eons.
A stronger and larger state of coherence is forming all across the globe, and complete freedom is about to break out across the entire world. These great changes include all aspects of life, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual and they affect our relationship, work situations and the abundance that flows to us. The entire system here will be completely revamped, discarding and replacing what is not pro – life. Beings who control and manipulate others and vibrate at a low frequency will have no place in this new frequency of Earth. Soon the Universe as well as the Divine Guides of the new Earth who will represent a more intelligent and healed society, will properly deal with these low vibration entities until they are all completely healed and able to enter into the new society that is coming.
DNA upgrades and light codes – the changes on the physical level include a total recoding of our DNA. The ionised particles that are blasting this planet are evolving every species to a higher form of itself. Currently there are not only solar flares coming in, but lots of new energies from different sources, comets, star systems, planets and massive gamma ray bursts impacting Earth constantly from the core of the Universe. This time many Earthlings are open and ready to receive these energies and light codes, and let them work through their bodies and their whole system. We must renew, recode and rewrite a lot of the old programs that were written and installed in the human body and mind on a sustained basis for eons. We are now waking up as a planet and as a Human Race.
The time it takes to get to this transcended state of being is totally under your control. Beings that have not reached this transcended phase in their soul’s evolution are going through a lot of physical and emotional pain right now, and others feel unusually tired. Since humanity is taking such a major step in their evolution in consciousness and their physical bodies, many might experience a time where they feel challenged and pushed to their limits. The last wave of beings to ascend, are starting to shift their third and fourth dimensional living to a fifth dimensional frequency. The Earth itself is now vibrating in the fifth dimension, and a lot of humans have already upgraded themselves to this level into the higher dimension as well, or are doing it right now. The new light frequencies that are coming in need new space, therefore we are going through a deep cleansing to get rid of everything old, restrictive and dense that we no longer need.
The physical body gets rid of toxins and old programs, the emotional body heals wounds from the past and present and detoxes from unhealthy emotions, like anger grief or sadness. Our mind is challenged to release old beliefs and surrender into the unknown. It is important to remember there is no absolute truth, but infinite and more advanced and higher levels of it with no end. The higher a truth vibrates the more true it is. We are required to leave everything outdated, dense that which does not serve our soul behind us, so we can enter into a new way of being. The faster this process occurs the faster we might feel symptoms on a physical level. Do not add anxiety to this, as it is very normal and only temporary.
As new light data is integrated into the body, a being wakes up with the symptom relieved and feels like a new creation. During DNA light data integration periods, many experience ascension symptoms such as nausea, headaches, flu-like symptoms, feeling spacey and disconnected, inability to sleep, sinus and other aches and pains. At times we may also feel a symptom that goes back to another lifetime which we are healing. During the time when you may feel very tired and exhausted it is highly recommended to just sleep, because during our sleep state we can process and integrate in a much quicker and easier way in Delta sleep state, than in waking consciousness since no ego or fear is blocking us.
Our guidance on ascension symptoms is this, take it easy on yourself during these times and show yourself nourishing tender love as a mother would for her sacred body. Breathe slow and deep several times per day. Ground the body by using crystals and by walking barefoot on Gaia. Eat only energy foods, natural herbs, relax and let go fully allowing and accepting all of this. The more one relaxes and trusts the ascension process, the easier they will navigate through it and the faster they will transcend the lower things, as an Angelic and Human Race cohabitating Earth.
We are now releasing all the old densities and restrictions. We will never go back to limiting beliefs and lives as we once had. Now we are getting into alignment with our Higher Self aspect our Godhood, by sheer intention and inner discipline. We are working our way into our own Golden Age and a new world filled with joy, peace, love and freedom. If you will make your ascension the number one priority and work on it with all of your being, and the more you surrender to it all and relax into it with full embrace, we assure you that you will make a quantum leap from the hopeless, desperate fearful state of being, to an amazing new life where every “now” moment is filled with miracles, and people will look at you and ask how is it that you are magnificent in every way and they will wonder what your secret is. If they are ready and willing and most are not quite yet, tell them what we have told you. God speed on this incredible journey of your life.

⚡️ENERGY CORDS ⚡️
Negative emotions can form energy cords to other people. Specifically who your negative emotions are about. They can create unintentional negativity in that persons life.
Cords of negative attachment are energy structures between two people that are fueled by negative emotions.
Cords can be formed by one person if they are holding strong negative emotions towards another person and can absolutely create negativity in the life of person they hold negative emotions for. (casting a spell)
Cords of attachments can:
– Distort your thinking and feelings
– Cause unconscious re-actions
– Keep you stuck in old patterns
– Serve as a mechanism through which other people can syphon your energy
– Cause extreme fatigue
– Create health problems
If you know who it is, ask: “Where do I feel pain in my energy or emotional body, when I think of this situation or person?”
Some people feel physical pains associated with cords, some people feel it emotionally. Where is your discomfort in the body?
-Write it down. Be clear on who and what you want to release.
– Sit in a comfortable location. Close your eyes and relax.
– Take a few deep breaths. With each inhalation, imagine fresh energy is filling you and all that is not needed is being released with every exhalation.
– Call upon your Inner Being, higher self, or angels, to offer support and guidance. Ask that they help you release what is not serving the highest good of all.
– Cut and release. You notice that in your hands you have large scissors. Visualize that the person you wish to cut cords with are standing in front of you.
– Visualize the cords that connect you. Next visualize your scissors and cut the cord.
– Affirm. As you cut, with a clear intent say, I, (name), release and cut all ties to you that do not serve and support our highest good.
When you state your verbal intent you should feel an immediate lightening of your energy field.
– Offer Appreciation for them being in your life, then send them sincere blessings for their own journey.
This is an important part of the process. It completes the cycle and makes it easier for you to go forward in your life without the attachment.
