JACK AND THE GOLDEN LIGHT.
Once upon a time there was a man called Jack. Jack was a wonderful man with an amazing golden light inside him. He couldn’t see that golden light nor did he know it was within him, but he knew it existed because he could feel it CALLING HIM ❤
He knew it contained all the secrets he needed to know about who he really was, and why he was really here. It contained the key that would unlock the door to all that his heart desired, and all that his soul dreamed of. He knew that there was more to life than the reality he saw around him. He sensed there was another way to live, and he was determined to find this new way. Jack knew that the golden light would help him, so he set upon a path to SEARCH FOT IT ❤
He came across many big scary monsters and dark forests, but still he kept going. He came across many wonderful people who all talked about this golden light, so it only made him want to find it even more. The closer he got to finding his light, the more intensely he felt his highest dreams and deepest fears. His greatest fear was that his amazing dreams would not come to pass, were an illusion, or would leave once he received them. His worries made him doubt his heart’s knowing. What if it was all an illusion? What if the golden Light doesn’t exist? What if dreams don’t COME TRUE?
He questioned himself, “What if I am searching for nothing? Everyone in my old town says I should just get a normal job and that happily ever after soulmates only exist in fairy tales. What if they’re right?” Jack was very confused and tired. He had come across yet another hill, and just didn’t know if had the strength to climb it only to be disappointed again. He sat down at the base with his head in his hands. What to do? As he sat there he saw a great shadow come down in front of him covering the hill. This shadow was Fear. It contained all the obstacles in the way of him getting up to the top of the hill and seeing once and for all WHAT LAY ON THE OTHER SIDE.
It contained the parts of him that didn’t trust his own innate inner knowing. It contained the parts of him that had followed his heart before and got hurt. It contained all the beliefs that said “You don’t really deserve this. What will people say? What will they think? What if I’m making a mistake??” It contained much guilt and self-judgment. Jack looked up at the Great Fear and knew he had come to a crossroads. A part of him felt it would be much easier to just turn back round and forget about the adventures calling him from the other side of the hill. Yet he had a nagging feeling inside. What if his visions were real? WHAT IF HIS FEELINGS WERE TRUE?
What if his heart was right and was trying to point him in his right direction? What if he were but a few steps from his destiny? He looked up at the top of the hill once more. What if his feelings were wrong and it wasn’t what he thought it would be? His mind was active as always. Yet the heart, the light heart, whispered, “But what if you are right? What if it is everything you ever imagined??”At that moment, the great shadow that was Fear spoke to him. Fear said these words: “If you want what you desire, you have to go through me. You cannot get rid of me. You can only walk through me.” Jack was afraid. He said to Fear, “How can I walk through you? You are so big, AND IT IS SO DARK IN THERE.
What if I get lost and never find my way out? And then I am neither here nor there!! I think you are a sign I should just stay right here!” Fear laughed. He knew the way through him but he would never tell Jack. He quite enjoyed the power he had over people. Thankfully, at that moment the great Sun came out. He carried the energy of Light and thought it was about time Jack got a message that he needed to hear. He said to Jack, “The way through the fear is to use your light.” Jack laughed, “Yeh I know, only problem is I’m having trouble finding it.” And the Sun laughed too, and he said, “Oh Jack, look inside you. The light is inside you. It is like a torch, shining so brightly. It is on right now, YOU ONLY HAVE TO REALIZE IT.”
Jack looked within and sure enough there was a great, shining light!! “How did I not see this before?” The Great Sun had a few words of wisdom. He said, “The way through the fear is to know that the light inside you will guide your way. You do not have to see the whole path in front of you. The light is just big enough for you to be able to see one or two steps ahead of you. And that’s all the light you need. Take one step at a time, and the light will keep guiding you until you have gone the whole way through fear, and then you will find yourself at the top of the hill and see what wondrous things there are to see.”So, Jack had a choice. To embark on this great journey through fear, knowing he had his trusty light inside him that could never be dimmed, and never go out, knowing that the journey through fear WOULDN’T TAKE VERY LONG AT ALL.
Once Fear knows you are walking through it, it loses its challenge and the shadow starts dissipating. Fear will then leave, looking for someone else to cast a shadow over. Fear is only as big as the power we give it. Jack also had a choice to not walk through Fear. But he didn’t come here to Earth to let fear get the better of him. So he called upon all his ancestors and guides, and he asked “Please be with me as I walk through fear.” For fear is something you have to walk through on your own, yet you do not have to be all alone. And you are not. He started to make the journey, and he must admit he was still a little scared. But something else started to stir inside him. Excitement. Adrenalin. The energy within him that was a spiritual warrior started to get activated. With each step he started to believe in himself more and more. “I can do this,” he thought. “I can do this!!” As he started walking faster, Fear was not happy and started taunting him more and more, telling him how stupid and wrong he was, telling him there’d be nothing but trouble waiting for him once he got over that hill. But Jack was no longer under the grip of fear. His inner light was glowing brightly now, it was carrying him faster and faster up the hill. His guides and ancestors were with him every step of the way, encouraging him, “YOU CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!”
As he ran faster a strange thing happened, wings started sprouting out of his shoulders!! He was running so fast now his feet almost weren’t touching the ground! Then all of a sudden, wooshka, he was flying!! He couldn’t believe it!! He was soaring in the air like a bird!! He felt so free, so exhilarated, so liberated. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world! Fear was left behind, arms folded, “Grrr another one got away.” Yet secretly, Fear was smiling and happy for Jack. Not many people knew this about Fear but he actually existed to push people to their full potential. With every liberation, with every pair of wings sprouted, Fear gave himself a pat on the back. “Yeh, I did that,” he tells himself. The Sun always rolls his eyes. Everyone knew how great the Ego of Fear was. But they indulged him. For where would we be without him? How could anyone know the extent of their courage, their strength, their faith, their trust and belief in themselves, if it were not for Fear blocking their way forcing them then to go within and find their Light. As Jack soared across the skies, he looked down and thought, “Well, here goes, now is the time I GET TO FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS ALL FOR ❤.”
He looked down and his heart leapt with joy and sighed with relief. There was an amazing kingdom! It contained his dream cozy home, tools galore to create whatever else he wanted, many like-minded kindred spirits already busily creating their part of this amazing new reality, and there in the centre of the meadow was a beautiful princess, waiting for him, waving her arms, saying “Hurry hurry, come down, there is so much to do!” He soared around the sky a couple more times, before swooping down to her. “How did you get here?” he asked. “How did you know to meet me here?” The princess smiled and said, “Because I have what you always have had, the inner light that told me which way to go.” Jack and his beloved princess spent their days having so much fun and adventure. They traveled to many lands. They shared their story with many people. They told everyone, “Just like we have a light, you have one too. Look within, it is there, and it will guide you.” All was well in their world, AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER.

Taking responsibility for your own Being and journey and energy is a great way to empower yourself. That is part of mastery ~ OWNING YOUR POWER. If somebody tells you that you need their spiritual services or assistance and that there is something that you cannot do for yourself, with the help of your own guides and team, you might want to take a step back and ask yourself why that person is trying to disempower you. And then you can decide if you want to give your power away to that person or not. IT IS ALL UP TO YOU.
Remember that a true Lightworker will always seek to empower others, not make them dependent on himself. And a true teacher will aspire to teach you how to help yourself,

The Most Powerful Power of the Mind by Serge Kahili King
The mind has many powers, but from my point of view the one that makes all the others effective is the power to focus your thoughts. Focused thoughts are what make things happen.
Let me make that more clear. Thoughts don’t make things happen. Focused thoughts are what make things happen.
If it were just thoughts that made things happen life would be pure chaos. I know some people think it is already, but they don’t know what chaos is. Imagine the thoughts of about 6 billion people all becoming reality at the same time. Now that would be chaos.
The fact is, everything related to human activity–agriculture, clothing, machinery, technology, games, buildings, roads, even, unfortunately, war–is a result of focused thought. So, the first thing to know is that focused thoughts are what make things happen. The second thing to know is how that really takes place.
You may heard me say many times that energy flows where attention goes. Focused thoughts focus energy, and energy moves energy.
Here’s an example of what I mean. When the wind moves across the ocean in one direction it makes waves, and those waves move through the ocean till they reach land. When the waves reach land and they are big enough and they continue long enough they change the land, actually change it physically.
Let’s use another example. When the sun shines on water the water heats up, evaporates, rises into the sky and becomes rain. When the rain reaches land it turns into rivers that change the land, enable the plants and animals and humans to live, and can be used by humans to create other forms of energy.
To make sense of my examples, think of the wind or the sun as being focused thoughts, the water as being emotional energy, and the action of the water upon the land as being due to the reaction of physical energy to emotional energy. To put it very simply, thoughts generate mental waves that influence emotional waves that influence physical waves that result in physical experience.
In terms of health, thoughts cause emotions that cause physical reactions that may result in health or illness, depending on the degree of focus of the thoughts and the strength and duration of the emotions. The physical reactions may be resistance causing stress that inhibits the natural healing process, or relaxation and action that stimulates the healing process.
In terms of relationships, thoughts about other people may cause emotions of fear and anger or love and compassion that may cause physical reactions of avoidance or violence or connection and and cooperation.
You could examine any other area of human endeavor and see the same thing happening. People don’t take physical action until they are moved to do so by emotions that are generated by thoughts.
Now, the third thing to know about focused thought is that its power to make things happen is partly dependent on the degree of focus and the duration of the focus.
The degree of focus–also called the clarity of the focus–simply means deciding clearly what you want. Notice that I said deciding, not knowing.
Many people claim that they don’t know what they want. Part of that is due to fear of making a mistake and part is due to expecting the knowing to come from outside of themselves. The fear of making a mistake assumes a level of clairvoyance–knowing beforehand what an outcome will be–that is extremely rare in the human race. Expecting the knowing to come from outside of oneself is just a denial of one’s own power. You have to choose what you want in order for it to work at all.
The duration of focus means sustained focus. That doesn’t have to mean a focus that excludes any other kind of focus. Remember, a wave, even a thought wave, has to have highs and lows to exist as a wave. Wind moves in waves, as do physical objects, although we usually call that vibration. A sustained focus is like an ocean swell that carries with it lots of other waves.
Just watch an ocean swell or even surf and you’ll see all kinds of smaller waves on top of it. You can have a sustained focus on finishing a task or achieving a goal and still take time to stretch your muscles, drink or eat something, or scratch an itch. A sustained focus is one that isn’t forgotten quickly. We can have a sustained focus on something like health, wealth or happiness and still make time for work, play, creativity and lots of other things.
The most simple way to keep your focus going is to make the purpose of your focus very important. The more important you make it, the longer you can keep the focus. And the way to make the purpose important is to decide that it’s important. If you decide to doubt its importance, you weaken the focus and the effect of the focus. The clarity and duration of focused thought can be channeled by purposeful words, like affirmation and directions, and by purposeful imagination of how you are going to do something and what result you want to have.
Finally, the fourth thing that affects your focus is the level of energy that you add to it. Mental energy by itself is not very strong. Random thoughts, disinterested thoughts, and even focused thoughts that don’t stir up emotions to some degree have little or no effect on the world unless they happen to coincide with someone else’s focused thoughts. The real power of focused thought comes from the amount of emotional and physical energy it generates. However, there is a way to increase that even more.
Some people find this easy, and some find it very uncomfortable, but one way to do it is to purposely amplify emotional and physical energy. You can use words and imagination to help you get excited and strengthen your determination. You don’t have to wait to get excited and determined.
You can act excited and determined until you feel more excited and determined. It dramatically increase the effectiveness of your focused thoughts, but it only works if you are willing to do it. You can also amplify the physical energy by putting your full attention on what you are doing while you are doing it and doing it with as much skill as you can muster.
You don’t have to use the most powerful power of the mind. It isn’t a requirement. But it’s there to help you become more effective at anything you choose.
To put the whole thing into Hawaiian we could say:

Continuous thought is the chief, action is the follower.

The realization that life is happening right now, that the part of your life you are living right now is not a waiting room, is an awakening to the now moment.
Our lives have been colored by the notion that later is when things will change or complete, resolve or unfold. From very early childhood we have been taught to hold on, until we get older always looking forward to the next step, the next grade in school, to be able to ride a bike, drive a car, get married, drink alcohol and get a real job. Then we want a perfect partner, children and a career. The list is endless. We are always keeping our focus forward, using future events and life experiences as our ‘outside ourselves’ guidance and keepers.
Our society is built on everyone following leaders and authorities, with each of us doing less of the thinking and more of the following. We are taught to hold our tongue, to wait our turn, and follow the rules. Not every family is the same, but in general it is safe to say that children are told to listen to grown-ups, no matter what they are capable of teaching or setting as an example — and we take that program with us. And as a result, we keep waiting for someone else to tell us what to do, what to believe, when, how, and how many times.
I remember going to school, where we were standing in line before class. Being told when to sit, when to stand, and when to use the restroom. I remember the fear of being reprimanded, the fear of having to give a note from my teacher to my parents. I remember being fearful towards anything that was related to an authority. This is the programming that will follow you; as the fear of not-being-good-enough, or doing well enough. It will lead to blindly following a doctor, a minister, or any State official’s opinion. As a result, we end up as a follower and a non-thinker. READ MORE

As our little band of global medical freedom warriors have been traveling along the Bosporus and the Sea of Marmara, both the joy of discovery and the humility of human mortality has been our constant companion. We have stood on the little hill which gave birth to ancient Byzantium, now home to the Church of St. Sophia. We were brought together to these places to consider and discuss the challenge of direction and emphasis.
Weary from battle, what shall be our mission now? What focus? Do we step back and let the many others carry the fight forward, do we remain fixated on the daily details of corruption and malfeasance? Or do we look to the horizon, seeking to lead beyond the banalities and tortuous currents towards some greater vision of the future.
As we have traveled together over the last three years, many have made references to “The Heroes Journey”, which in many ways each of us who seek to serve as true (truth) warriors must re-enact. In his work “The Hero with a Thousand Faces”, Joseph Campbell describes the ancient narrative:
A hero ventures forth from the world of common day into a region of supernatural wonder: fabulous forces are there encountered and a decisive victory is won: the hero comes back from this mysterious adventure with the power to bestow boons on his fellow man.

Many of us are starting to feel the shift in many different ways, one of those many shifts include our service roles. As WayShowers our roles and purposes will always shift and morph depending on many things. There are many things that we will be guided to do to continually upgrade and evolve our own realities.
It is important to remember that in this journey we step up and get things done without being asked, without needing to wait for permission and we especially get things done in a New way instead of the old ways. Keep OPENING up to this.
As we continue to evaluate our realities there will be many things all along the way that we will be guided to do that we’ve never done before, that will test and challenge our linear minds, some things have never been done before which is the point of creating a New reality. When we say New Earth it is because everything has to be done differently, in a way that it’s never been done before. This will be a challenge for us all.
Our linear minds were very much by the book, did things according to what has worked in the past, what is statistically known to succeed… there are many frames that the old world uses like “don’t reinvent the wheel”, when in reality that is exactly what we came here to do, we came here to reinvent abSOULutely everything in a way that operates completely opposite than the old.
Our Higher Self aspects is the leader, it is the one that will show us and guide us and encourage us in every step of the way. It will be the one that reminds us of what we chose to do in this journey, it will keep us in check and it will do things to keep us on track as smoothly or as harshly as we choose.
This last phase of this linear year will be a huge passageway that will open us up to New things, new ideas, new ways, new adventures and so very much. Keep allowing yourself to do things in a New way and recognize when you feel you are going back to the old because it seems “safe”, it is what everyone else has done or is still doing, or because we may be afraid to be the odd ball that does things different.
Don’t be afraid to be the weird and crazy one because we have to be crazy in order to change the world to a higher level of consciousness. It’s what we signed up to do and it’s what the world will start to embrace. Now the old world will never embrace it but New Earth does, in fact it is waiting for you to step out of the old linear boxes and do something so out there, so uncommon, so crazy, so insane that it breaks us out of the old at an even deeper level. We all have to do it at some level and we can either consciously do it or be pushed into it.
As we continue to navigate into the New, keep opening up your heart and mind in every way and as you do you will start to build up a new level of confidence that you never thought you had.
Keep going because remember your Higher Self is rooting for you! 🥳

Authenticity vs. Inauthenticity
We start living an inauthentic life when we fall into the trap of comparison and are very concerned about what other people think of us and the way they see us, resulting in a people-pleaser program and a lack of boundaries. We then build a fake persona to appear a certain way based on the social image we’d like to portray.
We then start to identify with our external ego-personality and create a further disconnect from our true self/essence. Any feelings and emotions that contradict the ideal image we have of ourselves then get pushed into the unconscious. This also results in suppression of our wounds, traumas and “negative” emotions which we don’t like to feel, express, and show.
Authenticity doesn’t mean to just express any desire or compulsion we may have or act out from our neurotic narcissistic ego—it means to act from our true self. Therefore, genuine authenticity means to be in touch with our inner self; our body, our feelings, our spirit; and express this essence through the instrument of the ego-personality.
We then don’t shy away from pain and discomfort but see it as a sign to adjust, engaging in inner work without trying to escape or fill our internal emptiness through external means. There is no division between our outer and inner life.
Inauthenticity is based on an internal split; a contradiction between how we act, what we say and do, and how we feel internally. When we get stuck in inauthenticity, we lose our inner guidance connected to essence/the Divine.
Inauthenticity is also the result of head-centric living and disembodiment, it is a state where we live disconnected from the wisdom of our bodies. The more severe the body-mind split, the more we look externally for happiness, guidance, and fulfillment. Most people live inauthentic lives because of social and cultural conditioning.
The goals, desires, needs and wants they have and the lives/careers they pursue because of these needs/wants/desires, are most often not their own based on who they truly are within, but have been programmed into them via official cult-ure and/or are the result of trying to fill their emptiness/holes within based on unfelt wounds and trauma (that they might not even be consciously aware of).
These needs/wants/desires are also based on growing up in a world where pathology has become normalized, and their programming from growing up in this toxic culture. These conditioned/programmed goals and enjoyments in life serve as buffers to avoid facing the pain they are holding on an unconscious level. They don’t know who they are and don’t know that they don’t know.
There is no true individuality on that level of being but only mechanical living under the illusion of free will; influenced by group/hive mind mass consciousness and matrix occult forces. Over time, living an inauthentic life can result in depression and even illness and dis-ease—no matter how much care you may take of your physical body with the prescribed “right” diet and exercise.
