The Pleiadian – Sirian alliance representatives responded to this question, and I transcribed their response:
The dates are utilized for collective focus in your time-space experience. These are passages when the higher and lower realms learn to work together. Eventually your consciousness will synchronize with ours and we will not need to utilize dates. However in your current experience of reality, dates provide the ascending collective with a sense of responsibility, focus, and unity. When gatekeepers, transmuters, and those dedicated in service to the new light unite their efforts in anchoring these waves of new light – which are associated with arrival and departure dates as they pass through the planetary grid systems – they accelerate the shift in consciousness. In your present experience of time, the shift in consciousness is accelerated to the point where you are experiencing the consistent amplification of these energies within your body vehicles. This is the result of your collective desire to anchor the new light.
When we provide passages of focus or windows of opportunity through our conduits (grounded contacts), such as gateways when large energy waves pass through the grid systems, it benefits the planetary and HUman ascension by unifying our consciousness with yours, so the higher realm and the lower realm experience become one. You can feel this in the merge-type sensation of higher and lower self when you engage in gridwork or gateway work.
Currently you are experiencing the activation of divine HUman DNA templates within the planetary grid systems which have been guarded, sealed and in some cases forgotten for hundreds of thousands of years. This is a passage when those templates, which are similar to layered sacred geometries, work in harmony with the energies now coming onto your planet. One could not be activated without the other. It is the combination of templates, new light and the intent of the ascending HUmans which creates this activation. Three Powerful Prayers for the Completion of 2016.

Beloveds,
As we Prepare to complete this sacred embodiment year of 2016, we now constantly find ourselves in a “sea of chaos”, as global awakening begins for humanity as a whole.
All in the Heart Collective are spiritual catalysts and we trigger and get triggered by those around us, HUGELY. (understatement…lol)
I use these three prayers to navigate these chaotic times, whenever a situation PRESENTs itself.
As always Go Within. Take what resonates.Leave the rest.
We are Love, for Love is ALL there IS.

Dear Ground Crew,
How is the Ascension process progressing with you? From what I gather in speaking with other lightworkers some are “at the end of their ropes.” They feel exhausted with the third dimension. They are more than ready to move into the fifth dimension. This connotes that we are nearly at the completion of the third dimensional way of life. It is always the hardest when running a race at the very end.
Some of you might be feeling like you are under attack from the dark forces, which many lightworkers have also reported to me recently. One of my lightworker friends said the other day, “There is a disturbance in the field.” These words rang true. Surely it appears there is a disturbance in the field. The dark sees us as obstacles to getting their dark agenda accomplished.
How do these cunning disturbers accomplish their nefarious attacks? One of the main ways is by getting us distracted. Any time we are distracted we get taken off of our paths. What I know from working with many people is that every person’s concern, whether we would view it large or small, is important to them. Some of my clients have life altering the challenges with which they are dealing, and others have issues that are just as important to them. Combined with the intensity of the energies and the dark chaotic attacks, one can find themselves stressed out.
When under attack some of the feelings one might have are: headaches, stress, obsessing, exhaustion, sickness for no apparent reason, feeling out of sorts, inability to focus, challenging sleep, loss of deep connection with your spiritual helpers, depression, change in appetite, wondering if you might want to leave your incarnation, and feeling like there is no end to what you are experiencing.
Just think about it! This feeds right into what the dark forces are looking for. They want us to give up. We need to remember that we are being tested right now. This is our graduation. We are spiritual warriors working for the light. We cannot give up. It is not the end of the world but it is the end of the third dimensional world as we have known it. It is the beginning of our new Golden Age and soon the dark will know that their ways are over and futile. As we continue to roll up our sleeves with our light work we need to keep our eyes on the prize.
Once you realize that you are being played, you will see that no matter what you are going through might not be a serious as it appears. You will get through whatever challenge you are having. Call it a distraction and get some help to nurture yourself out of it. Rest is much as possible. Meditate. Eat well. Get out in nature. Know that you are getting through it. Look for the wisdom from the experience. Please rest assured that all will work out far better than you can imagine. This is part of the higher dimensional energies. We are being looked after.
If you feel as if your head is spinning as you are attempting to make order and sense out of all the information and disinformation that is coming to you, you might as well turn your head the other way. Ask yourself why you are wasting your precious energy and time trying to ferret out the truth when the dark intention is to keep our heads swimming? As you know the information that we are bombarded with is loaded with distortions, other people’s opinions and psychological warfare. We are being played by the cagy dark forces that are full of trolls and unworthy opinions. What matters is that we remember we are the “X factor”. The dark forces cannot control us. The lightworkers are the big players in this endgame. We work for the light and there are a lot of powerful beings here working to bring closure to the third dimension. LINK WEBSITE

Beloved family of light!
Yesterday, my sister and I returned from what I can only describe as a sacred journey. It has brought healing, closure, release and clarity on a huge scale, acting as a catalyst to help bring about a profound shift for us all. It has been a journey where we have been blessed by the presence of many of you, both in person and in spirit, for the work we have been carrying out while we have been away from home is truly a collective endeavor, one that encompasses a large number of people over a long period of time, and I want to thank every single one of you for what you have brought to this. No names are necessary, for you all know who you are, and I can only extend my deepest gratitude to you for helping to make all of this come into being.
Exactly six months ago, when I returned from another sacred journey to Crete, I posted a message welcoming you to the New World and New Pond, and today, it is time for me to post my final message here. Ever since I got the first installment of The manuscript of survival on August 16 2011, I knew that this part of my journey would end one day, and now that day is here. For I have been shown that this version of the Pond has fulfilled its designated purpose in the creation of the New World, and now, we must all step away from this space and create something very new.
For my task is no longer to be the “Pond mistress”, the one that holds this space and anchors the energies. Because what we have created here together is an energetic structure that is self-supporting and complete, and it will continue to support us all as we continue on our individual journeys. So the tapestry of light we have created here will not unravel, it will simply begin to unfold and evolve and encompass even more shining souls in some very new ways as we all follow our inner guidance from this point onwards and outwards.
For now, we do have everything we need at our disposal, for now, such a deep reservoir of light has finally been released from the depths of Mother Earth herself. That energy is SO huge yet so soft, and as long as we continue to fully embrace our own selves and our own powers, this wave will carry us anywhere we want to go. I know that some of you also have tasted this crystal clear energy already, and from what I have witnessed over these last few weeks, there are no limits to what we can create now – as long as it comes from a place of pure JOY.
For this next stage will be all about CREATING from the heart for every single one of us, as we all finally begin to realize and release all of the potential we each have within us. I do not know what my next task will be, but I do know it will involve communication in one way or the other. I do believe that my art will begin to play a much larger part in my life, and that I will use it to convey the energetic messages that I still know will be mine to share. I also know that my sister and I will continue to travel and do the kind of energetic groundwork we have been doing in Norway, in Crete and in other parts of the world during these last four weeks.
I will leave this space open for comments for a few more days to give you all the chance to set up some new paths of interaction leading out from this Pond. I know that some of you will feel called to create your own communities and to keep up the conversations and co-creation that you have helped to initiate and evolve here, for this is indeed a time for many of us to step into some very new roles. So by closing down this Pond, I am doing what I can to help to scatter all of the potent seeds that have matured here to new and fertile grounds, so that they in turn can begin to sprout and grow into new “Ponds” in their very own space and in their very own way.
But even if this Pond will become silent, it will continue to speak to all of those who feel called to come here. I will close the comments section, but other than that, everything that has been shared here both by me and by every single of you will still be here, serving as a vibrant library for those who will follow in our footsteps one day. And so every single word, every single image and all of the energetic imprints we have co-created here will live on, acting as signposts and tools in the future.
I thank you all for everything you have brought to this Pond and for everything you have brought to this world. I also want to thank all those who have helped to bring these messages even further out across the globe. For together we have brought CHANGE, by allowing ourselves to embody the light in a way that no one has ever done before. Our paths may take us in different directions from now on, but we will all still be a part of this same amazing grid of light that we have co-created here. It has been such a blessing to be allowed to BE a part of this process and to be allowed to witness the emergence of something so powerful, so vibrant and so beautiful as YOU.
So I thank you all for allowing me to walk part of this journey in your company. It has been a journey spanning more than three years, 570 posts and almost 90 000 comments. Perhaps our paths will cross again some time in the near or far future, but until then, I wish you all Godspeed. You are ALL magnificent, and it has been such a wonderful gift to get to know you. And by closing this book, we can all begin anew, finding new ways to co-create something even more amazing than what we have accomplished so far – by allowing the joy that is ours to come all the way out into the open. For now, it is finally time for us all to dare to fold out our wings fully and allow this powerful new updraft to lift us all and this entire planet all the way up to where we do belong.

Lots of truther spats out there — in the spiritual community too. All 3D vibes — don’t get caught up, it’s not worth sacred time & energy. Action speaks louder than words. Many will say they’re awake, in high consciousness, but their actions speaks otherwise. I’ve always said, pay less attention to the messenger & more on the message. Feel the Energy & vibration of the messages — if you seek truth, it will lead you there even if it’s with a few wrong turns. It’s ok. It’s your journey.
Many will ‘defend’ their actions by saying ‘I’m outing the fakes’, but in this current reality of disinformation, who is ‘self-righteous’ enough to set themselves as the standard of truth? Discernment is only for SELF to decide. The frequency of ‘attacking’ is more harmful to Self. Remember you don’t ‘fight fire with fire’ — that is old programming. You fight fire with water. There’s no need to attack anyone. There’s only a need for YOU to shine brighter.
