Wikipedia Establishes BRUSSELS Bombing Storyline within 20 Mins of Blast

Just as with the Paris attacks, Wikipedia saw an article posted on the BRUSSELS bombings within a short time of the actual event.
The bombings happened at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, 22 March, 2016.
Apparently, within 20 minutes, an article appeared on Wikipedia as “Brussels Bombings.” It’s what’s called a “stub,” an article that serves as a placeholder and is fleshed out later on.
Within twenty minutes of the blast, the writer is able to say: “Authorities have temporarily halted all air traffic to the airport, and patrons inside are being evacuated.” There’s no indication how he or she knows what the authorities have determined to do within 20 minutes of the blast, while putting together an article on it probably miles, if not hundreds of miles, away.
One of the functions of these stubs is to “own” the territory. Why? To establish the storyline for the future. And what is the one vital element in the storyline to be established. It would seem to be this: “The news agency Belga reported that shots were fired and shouts were heard in the Arabic language before the explosion occurred.” (1) READ MORE
