Last night I had quite a virulent attack from Dark Forces. It is not uncommon in my line of work to be attacked in this way, but last night was exceptionally strong. I had three dreams that all had the same aggressive theme. (I have trained my unconscious mind to bring me back to waking consciousness when I am being attacked in the dreamstate.) This morning I was able to finally and completely banish the unwelcome visitors. My message to you today is to take extra care with spiritual hygiene. Call upon your Higher Self and angels regularly. Invoke a waterfall of light each morning in meditation to release everything that does not serve you and your path. Release all lower beings, situations, places that are attached to your energy fields. Invite higher energies into your day and reality.

I think most people who consider themselves Targeted Individuals are being played by occult entities who lead them into believing the situation is something other than what it actually is.
Since the goal is deception and emotional terrorization, what draws the entities in is a person’s potential for gullibility + paranoia + nervousness + mousiness.
That’s why adopting a grounded, objective, humorous, nonplussed, sovereign, nonchalant, “I got better things to do” attitude regarding these entity-ploys can be so effective.
By stepping into one’s spiritual sovereignty and power, instead of wallowing in the illusion of a fragile ego and body at the mercy of matter, that makes further entity harassment a losing investment for them.
It also accomplishes a spiritual learning lesson and growth opportunity. And that, I believe, is the reason the experience was even allowed by one’s higher self and guardian spirits.
Both sides make a gamble and can lose big, but it’s the person in the middle who is the ultimate decider of the outcome.

In my last post Spirit Shine, we talked about the matrix game, its players, its purpose, and the visible light spectrum that creates the physical game board called reality.
To be stronger than the situation created by external forces around us until the last moment. Not to give up in spirit, not to yield, this is the secret.
A monk decides to meditate alone, away from his monastery. He takes his boat out to the middle of the lake, moors it there, closes his eyes and begins his meditation. After a few hours of undisturbed silence, he suddenly feels the bump of another boat colliding with his own. With his eyes still closed, he senses his anger rising, and by the time he opens his eyes, he is ready to scream at the boatman who dared disturb his meditation. But when he opens his eyes, he sees it’s an empty boat that had probably got untethered and floated to the middle of the lake. At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization, and understands that the anger is within him; it merely needs the bump of an external object to provoke it out of him. From then on, whenever he comes across someone who irritates him or provokes him to anger, he reminds himself, “The other person is merely an empty boat. The anger is within me.”
Scientists once believed that all memories were stored in the brain…until, over many years with lots of patients, surgeons removed every part of the brain and found the memories were always still there. (The experiences of organ transplant recipients also support these findings.) We now know that memories are stored in cells throughout the body.
Positive and negative energies, although being of the same essence, have different effects upon you and your body. For example, the emotional states of anger and love will affect your thoughts and your physical body in different ways:
1) Anger creates stress and constricts the blood and lymphatic flow within the body. It shuts down the liver and pancreas, affecting digestion. It overstresses the adrenal glands causing excessive hormone and neurotransmitter release. All this causes acidosis.
2) Love, on the other hand, creates the opposite. It increases the blood and lymph flow. It improves digestion and kidney elimination. And it alkalizes your body. Anger obstructs and restricts, and love opens and expands. You could also say that anger causes “dis-ease” and love heals.
Negative thoughts and emotions stick like glue to your cells and create subtle obstructions that you can carry for a lifetime. Some say…for many lifetimes.
Many believe that emotion is the cause of all disease. Negative emotions stuffed down deep within the cells are obstructions to the infinite flow of energy. Releasing emotional blockages can be the most difficult part of a healing journey.
Significant emotional wounding such as rejection, abandonment, humiliation and betrayal often manifest as disease. Panic, blame, worry, sadness, love unreceived, dread, despair, loneliness, desolation, emptiness and hopelessness are emotions that one may experience numerous times in a lifetime at any age that are often found trapped in cellular memory.
Psychological trauma, addiction and depression may all be furthered by abnormal memories inside cells. Diseases that turn up later in life may be due to negative memories programmed into cells as people age. Even real memory, the kind that requires a brain, also seems to rely on memories locked in cells (genetic remembering of cells).
True detoxification must take place from all levels within you. If you want to be successful in attaining true health and vitality you must detox your thoughts, emotions and your physical body.
When you begin to increase the energy of your physical body through detoxification, you will start detoxifying in all your bodies. So, if you start crying or yelling during your detoxification process, this is the reason.
Let it all come out. Be observant of your thoughts and feelings, and try not to hold on to anything. Let these obstructions go. In this way, your river of energy and love can dominate inside you once again.
