Greetings! We are excited to have this time to share with you. Thank you for considering our words and integrating those that resonate with you. On Earth, there is much light and increasing sound frequencies as more of you tune into your Spiritual nature and elevate your capacity for love. As ripples go forth when a stone is tossed into a pond, so the FREQUENCY of love emanates from you. Love is an energy vibration that knows no bounds. It continues onward from you throughout all of creation.
This is how God is able to love each of you. It is through the vibration of love traveling in an instant throughout all of creation that allows all to be in continual contact with Source. Dark thoughts glop together, like a tacky substance to other dark thoughtforms, unlike the free-flowing essence that thoughts of love emanate.
When one fills their mind and daily activities with low energy thoughts of fear, anger and hatred, their energy field collapses, allowing very little forward movement. These thoughtforms stick within one’s energy field, not traveling far from the human form. People who live in this state of mind attract others of like-mind to themselves. This is the law of attraction in operation.
You will find that people who spend much time dwelling on negative thoughts are generally more at risk for disease, loneliness, depression and a host of maladies. In order to cure any disease, one must first monitor his thoughtforms. Have you ever tried to help someone by suggesting something to them and they reject the advice? No one can receive your advice unless they are willing to give it some thought and then choose to integrate it into their belief code.
Once again, we stress the importance of belief codes. If you are having problems with your heart, it is likely you have belief codes dating back many years associated with thoughts such as, “I had a love who broke my heart. My heart isn’t in my work.” Perhaps you have blocked the flow of love due to past wounds, thus affecting the flow of bloodthrough your heart.
Every negative thought you harbor affects your physical body and will lead to disease if not attended to. These dark glops of energy block the flow of love within your body. Not only will you create disease in your physical form, you will also break the circuitry in your Spiritual flow. This is why many people are close-minded when it comes to spiritual conversations that do not follow the pattern they have accepted as true. This close-mindedness also affects one’s ability to tune clearly into God Source and one’s Higher Self and Angelic Guides.
Mentally, the close-minded are just that, the doors are closed to learning anything new related to the subject they refuse to adopt. This will lead to headaches, migraines, brain tumors, aneurysms and such. By blocking the energetic flow, the physical flow is also affected. Eastern medicine has been aware of this for centuries. The affects are clearly shown by the effectiveness of acupuncture needles that release blockages from the body’s meridians. If one chooses to hold negative thoughtforms in place, they will continue to build energetic blockages, wreaking havoc on the body.
All of you have witnessed the emotional results of yourself and others who have held onto negative thoughts of fear, anxiety, mistrust, etc. When a belief code is established, all other belief codes that follow are built upon that foundation. We have spoken of this before and will not reiterate other than to remind you that your thoughtforms fuel your emotions.
Do all in your power to remain neutral no matter what situation arises. Meditation, prayer and quiet time are needed on a regular basis in order to maintain a sense of balance and harmony. As you study our words throughout the year, you will be given many tools and suggestions on ways to go about this. Your thoughts and belief codes are the foundation of your overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of Being.
Each moment, pay attention to your thoughts. If they are not supporting you, they are destroying you. Do all you can to change your thoughts to higher frequencies, thus creating health and balance. Catch yourself anytime you are about to do anything that causes your energy level to plummet. This includes your thoughts, words, actions, foods you ingest, places you visit, people you are in communion with, your workplace, choice of recreation and everything you say and do.
The current moment is the beginning of your future. Choose wisely how you spend this moment. Ooops, there goes another moment! How will you spend this moment? Live in the present and enjoy the gift of life!

Why is The Shift (ascension, biblical rapture) happening in the moment of THIS lifetime?
One of the biggest criticisms against the idea that we’re living in the last days is ‘this information has been around so long what makes it different now?’
Quite a bit makes it different.
Consider how rapidly things have progressed in just the past few years. Humans were fairly primitive for thousands of years and suddenly there’s radio, TV, internet, cell phones, social media and now artificial intelligence.
Consider how quickly everything seems to be speeding up. Access to information is instant. The digital age has overtaken everything in a very short time and completely altered human consciousness.
It had to be this way for everyone to be able to hear about the Shift. Even those that frame it within religion, who become moral out of fear of God or hell, have been helped in an overall positive way.
We have changed timelines several times in this current lifetime, shifting frequencies (the Mandela Effect), to create the parameters necessary for the planet to Shift to 5D.
Things will seem to speed up even faster as we get closer. There will be more nervousness, more fighting, more despair. These are the final spiritual battles humans will endure. We should meditate more and strive for inner peace.
We won’t know the exact moment, but Pleiadians say it will happen for the generations alive now. The cabal has a 2030 plan to control the entire planet, and I believe the Shift will happen before their plans are complete.
There will be a complete separation of realities, and evil will be left behind in this timeline. This Earth will get worse. Anyone who isn’t evil will ascend to a higher frequency timeline (5D parallel Earth) and experience ‘heaven on Earth’. This isn’t death. There will be perfected physical bodies, full disclosure, open contact with soul family, and 5D Earth will become a galactic civilization.
This may sound like complete fantasy but many cultures and teachers throughout history have prophesied this would happen. You are the ones who will see it. Don’t give up.

March, and the Lord of Karma

Next week’s full moon will be the prelude to a period of great events and tumultuous times, in itself a time of surprise and change and highly charged energy but dwarfed by what follows it.
Within an hour of the peak of the moon, Saturn, the Lord of Karma and of life lessons will surge into the waters of Pisces where he will stay for three years, but the influence of this union will be felt for thirty years. All the world will be impacted by this hugely and unusual significant event: the human collective and we as human individuals will see our karma come before us as a reminder of why we are on Earth, what are our learnings and what is left to do for our soul unfolding in this lifetime.
It will be an opportunity, possibly an uncomfortable one, to confront and review what we have ignored before, to remember our soul contract and release what is preventing us from achieving our full spiritual potential. If we fail to face the truth, our karmic patterns will continue in this lifetime or the next until we are ready, finally, to stop running away. These coming weeks are a rare gift of healing and evolution, a perfect time to see, unflinchingly, what needs to be addressed.
The karma of humanity, so sadly and badly embedded over many millennia, will present itself forcefully as false prophets, secrets and lies are exposed, and the story of the Emperor having no clothes will take life. It will be important to remember, without judgment, as we see the hidden truths emerge, that we have played our part in the mass deception by looking the other way, at best, or choosing to accept what made us comfortable by way of promises or the manacles of money. This time is our chance to look and truly see, to see and do what is right. Question everything.
This month sees us move into the Age of Aquarius properly, which is why it is so very significant. It is when we must leave the past behind personally and be ready, at this time of transition, for some turbulent times on Earth. Moving from one civilisation to another is painful, and our rationality will challenge letting go of the power of the mind just as our heart will tell us to embrace the joy of living experientially in the moment. Separation will vie with community consciousness, and the struggle will be felt for decades until the new era is firmly established. You can, however, choose acceptance over resistance and get there sooner, and indeed, you may.
Keep your heart light and open this month: if you welcome the opportunity for spiritual and human growth and know that it it can be easy if your will is to good, it will be so. There is nothing to fear: just as the anticipation of an operation can be worse than the relief in its reality and completion, it is good to get the waiting out of the way to let your true service begin in this new Aquarian age. How lucky we are to be alive now.

There is a false mutant matrix which is the distorted reality and world dark forces are trying to birth on the planet. This is a world that is being promoted by global media outlets, corporations and governments that are aligned with dark forces.
The false mutant matrix is anti-light and anti-evolution. It is a world devoid of any connection to the spiritual light/laws of the Universe. You enter such a world in different ways. Retain dangerous addictions can align you with this distorted world. Some enter it more directly through associations with certain cults, including secret societies and secret military orders. It can also be entered through working with black magic and dark rituals.
The false mutant matrix is disconnected from Source Energy and all the kingdoms of nature. The false mutant matrix is ultimately run by dark ET forces and fallen angels.
This is not a world /reality that an awakened Starseed can align with. It is a false world that blocks a Starseeds natural connection to their Higher Self, guides and angels.
✨ We are currently experiencing some exhausting and chaotic energy. This sense of chaos is not only manifesting in our collective reality but internally as well. Chaos isn’t necessarily negative, there are just so many moving parts and all of the parts are moving at once so we can feel out of control. This is in response to a rather sharp comment on social media about Starseeds and race.
Family of Light has chosen to incarnate into every country and continent though they have tended to be attracted to certain parts of the world. They are attracted to places that hold light. They can also be attracted to places that hold darkness.
The great majority of Starseeds that I have met live in North America. This is because of the karma of that country and its importance in the ascension process. America is touched by the karma of Lemuria on its Western shores and of Atlantis on its Eastern shores.
In terms of dark spaces there are many Starseeds I have met that live or who originate from Eastern Europe. (I must add that I have been to Bulgaria about a dozen times and have met a relatively small yet wonderful community of Starseeds there.) I have not met many Starseeds living in Russia or China. Also, I have not met many from South America or Africa. This is not to say these countries are devoid of Starseeds
I have met many in English speaking countries such as Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Of course there are many Starseeds who may not seek me out due to language and other cultural or practical barriers. The good news is there are Starseed Mentors, Guides and Leaders in many countries who may suit their purposes more easily.
Please remember the soul has no face and can incarnate into any form it chooses.
