I’ve been seeing this with coffee, loud sounds, people on a “different” frequency (you’ll know this because you get irritated and tired around them). Certain foods, even being near the internet or wifi without sufficient protection. I have a friend that sets up her wifi to be turned off at a certain time in her home and she raves about how amazing it has been for her family’s health and peace of mind.
The NS is going through a lot has we are being upgraded in profound ways. Spirit says support right now is at the upmost importance.
